Search Results: more important then looks

I ask this question mainly because I see questions all the time on this site of "which girl/guy is prettier/hotter/more handsome" and "rate them out of 10" and then it'll only be a shot of the person's face (and sometimes way too close to their face to boot) and hair and they're smiling or whatever. The point of this question is, isn't it kind of dumb to only post someone's face if you want to know if people generally find them to be attractive? That's why it's so important to, in online dating, also include at least ONE pic of your whole body so that people know what you really look like. People are more than just a face; they're also an entire body, and rating someone is supposed to take their entire personage into account.

You can't do that with just a face. Their face could be 8/10 or 9/10 but then their body sucks and is a 5/10 because they're fat or something; conversely, their body could be a 9/10 very fit or something, but then their face is like 7/10 or something-- wouldn't you want to see both? I feel like questions based only on face are completely pointless. What do you guys think?

So me and my friend were out playing sports the other day... and we had met up. Then he suddenly said to me, "Dude, what's wrong with your shorts?" Then I said, "What about 'em?" Then he said, "They're too short. They're above your knee." Then I said, "So what, aren't most shorts above the knee?" Then he said, "Nope dude. Only for girls. Guys wear shorts below the knee. Plus, girls really dislike shorts that go above the knee. They say it looks gay. They wear shorts above the knee themselves, but hate it on guys."

So was my friend right? I like my shorts above the knee, but if girls don't like it... girls are more important, I ditch the above the knee shorts for below the knee shorts.
