I have been talking about the leftist bitch tenant from hell that lives below me at my parent's house. My parents mailed her a certified 60 day eviction notice that arrived at the beginning of this month. This woman was always critical of me and instigated fights and false accusations towards me. As I am getting married very soon, both me and my wife-to-be feel very uncomfortable with her presence. My parents have had enough.

She is considered an "at-will" tenant, which is equivalent to a month-to-month rent situation. My parents really only had to give her a 30 day notice, but out of courtesy, they gave her 60 days total. Despite this, she is showing no eagerness to leave. While my parents did send her a written notice, she was verbally told to start packing on August 17. Do you think this will eventually be a situation where a court eviction will ensue and her ass will have to be dragged out by the Sheriff's Office?
