Like that new mayor of NYC has no "qualifications" to be mayor, but so what? Maybe he has a good ideas. Lots of people running for Congress have no experience either, such as that woman who just lost the Tennessee Congressional special election, but who cares? I mean, what did Donald Trump ever do to be "qualified"? Maybe despite their lack of qualifications, they can make good politicians. What do you think?

So there's a speed dating event happening near where i live in a couple weeks and i may go ahead and try it out.

But in the meantime i may as well ask if people here have tried this and how your experience went? Also did you score any real dates while you did it? how far did those go?

For those that don't know how this works: Speed dating works by having participants engage in a series of short, timed conversations with different people, typically for 3 to 6 minutes each. After each round, a signal like a bell is rung, and participants either move to a new person (often by rotating seats) or the other person does. Afterward, individuals privately indicate which people they are interested in meeting again. If there is a mutual match, the event organizers will share their contact information.
