My boyfriend and I (who are in a long distance relationship - please don’t judge - ) have this mutual online male friend that will not let me use any kind of affection towards my boyfriend in his discord server. I used to have feelings for our mutual male friend, but realized it would never work out and got over him. I then began dating my boyfriend and our male friend tried to make my boyfriend look like the bad guy and made me look like the innocent one in every little conflict that he’d create in his mind as a problem even though there was none. It seemed like he tried to break us up, even going as far as asking me out on April Fool’s Day.

Now he won’t let me use “affections in the chat” as he likes to say. I get why he says it to this one female friend of ours because she’s kinda obsessed with him, but I can’t call my own boyfriend babe. I have to use his real name. He won’t even allow me to go on discord voice chat when my boyfriend goes into discord voice call. I am starting to get very irritated by this and I don’t know what to do.

Feminism
I say warped modern feminism as feminism was NEVER about dressing provatively or sleeping around. In fact original feminism was AGAINST women being seen as sexual objects and today's Western feminists STRIVE to make themselves just sexual objects.

Dressing & acting cheaply is a Hippi "free love" era corruption of original feminism. Nothing more, nothing less. Go to other countries where more traditional feminism exists & you would'll find that dressing & acting cheaply is behavior of prostitutes not average women.

Yes countries like the UK are as bad but a) UK has been increasingly Americanized & b) even when my dad was a kid 50+ years ago sluttish behavior even at 14 was typical in UK.

North America's "Throw Away" Culture
North American Society is a "throw away" culture. Old car, throw it away. Phone functions but cracked screen, throw it away. So many in USA run for newest phone or car but there's often minimal difference between this and year-old phone or car they are "throwing away".

Even in Europe you won't necessarily find such wastefulness as you'd find in North America.

But this "throw away" culture is reflected in relationships. Less & less people in North America put effort into REAL (so non-flings, hookups, etc). relationships as they are raised when something becomes difficult or requires work "throw it away" instead of working on it.

Question:

When females ask for [“reciprocation”] from males, are they really asking for a “female-minded, lover?” 🤖 👧

^^(meaning they want a direct copy of themselves when it comes to loving, or something like a mirror, and that would make things unfair). 🪞

In reality, Males do not ask that females reciprocate their affections, by working hard for them or say, lifting them into the house when they have a stubbed/ broken toe/ ankle.

Is it true, women are right to want love, but they go too far expecting men to love, as they do? And if not, they would say “the men didn’t love them?”

• Maybe the real things in question here, is that men and women have [physical and EXPRESSIVE limits.] 🤲💪

• Maybe men cannot fully express their love for a woman, or maybe not express it to the same extent the women would for their men? 💅

Just as women cannot fully and physically tend to their men as men can tend to their women.💪

-Maybe that’s the point?

But there would be (the few) some men and women, who would abuse these realities and take certain males/females for granted:

• I. e. a male in a relationship who didn’t really love her, possibly pushing her in front of him as a robber robbed the store, 🥷 and

• a female who said how much she loved him (maybe even sang him to sleep), 🗣 but did the same for other men she was seeing.

This type of male and female would use their [strength and expression] to take advantage of their lover in the relationship. Instead of using it properly because they never truly loved that person in the relationship, to begin with. 🤷‍♀️

-Does this train of logic seem reasonable along with the top 🔝 question that is in bold font?

Is it just “one of those things” you know, when you’re in a relationship with the love of your life? 👀👐
