      @rationallioness or irrationalLioness whatever.
There was only ignorance... from you since you didn't explain why you felt I was getting it wrong.
If we go to your point above, you can easily see that actually the only one getting anything wrong was you.
I am sorry that you could not grasp the basic concept of seeing how gender reversal makes the griping so obviously asinine, but unfortunately for you, that does NOT make the argument any less valid.

I would hope that with a name like RationalLioness... you would at least have some rational thoughts, but you seem to simply be caught up in biased female centric hype.

Think of it this way. You wouldn't walk into a burning building without protection. And if you decided to, you certainly shouldn't complain about getting burned all over your body.

Why would you wear sultry clothing if you didn't want the attention?

"Opinion owner" isn't "Take owner" I believe you were referring to the post above yours which was not mine.
But regardless, I don't believe threating physical abuse should be taken lightly. If some male threatened to punch your face in, you would more likely than not, flag the post and play the "males are abusive" card. Physical violence towards any person male or female is wrong and you should be ashamed for suggesting it.

I have quite a many discussion with people who don't agree with me, and only when someone acts with aggression, violence, shaming, name calling. DO I suggest the conversation end.
There is no discussion to be had with an illogical, aggressive, angry, or emotion person and you can tell when that occurs because those people start to veer away from the conversation and start personally attacking the other person.
So it looks like we are done since you have shown you are no longer willing to have a discussion.

That's true and we know it, but unfortunately the same applies to many women who wear almost nothing. They shouldn't be, but they do. As men we are just more accepting of the wide range of looks women parade around in, as men we have to pretty much stick to what is excepted or be shamed.

Why is it that everytime a crazy feminazi has an idea, everybody automatically thinks it is shared by ALL women? I am sure than most women here will disagree with the preposterous premise that they can dress however they want and the guys are responsible to not look at them. Hey guys ! Women are PEOPLE. They are individuals who do not all think the same way ! The majority of them are bright enough to see the ridiculousness of the feminazis !

@naturallywonderful Interesting how you can somehow understand the mind of a male when you indeed are not one. Assuming males are bothered by cat-calls when it is done to them is hilariously retarded. Most males I know (including myself) would enjoy females being a little more honest and open about their interest, but since women are not as visually stimulated as males are, we understand that it isn't as likely. When we do get cat-called (YES it happens, women cat-call), it makes us feel attractive.

The next time you want to assume you know how a male thinks, don't... since you are not a male and will never know what males think or why we act like we do.

I don't think like a male does, no. But I can observe the number of down votes this comment has and not a single male upvoted it while 4 clearly were annoyed. And I was talking about how they don't like it when the tables are turn on them which you can clearly observe through your reaction and the four other guys who watched this video.

3 other guys besides myself down voted it because it's a stupid post which has no relevant remarks and doesn't add anything to the conversation. It's the typical nonsense that happens when a male make a stand against some female bullshit. There is always some clam who tries to troll horribly and it's simply stupid and annoying so it gets down voted.

I just don't want you to stare, I can't wear what I want because if I do creepers stare at me. I literally could be wearing a T-shirt and weirdos still stare. It's rude. I just want to wear what I want without feeling uncomfortable, I don't know what's wrong with that.

So right off the bat you said Creepers and weirdos... that's actually very rude. Shaming a male for a natural interest is wrong.
Yes women are not driven by visual stimulus like males are. Women can see a guy and within seconds have enough mental imagery to let her mental fantasy wander for a while. Males use visual stimulus and once that stimulus is gone, the idea fades quickly. It's a biological difference.

So when a guy sees something he finds visually pleasing, he soaks it in. He tries to absorb as much as he can while it's within his view. Kind of like who people stare in awe at a beautiful sunset.

It's hard to explain when your mentally built differently, but it's like a guy not understanding why girls get emotional over nothing. We are not programmed the same so it's hard to understand.

I don't see how it's rude and I guess I don't care if it is. They make me feel uncomfortable with their prolonged stares and staring is extremely rude. I find guys attractive all the time but I look not stare like a weirdo. It's stupid to say it's just nature so I guess I'll be a creep and make people feel uncomfortable. As far as I can tell women are just as visual as men. That's a cop out to put the blame somewhere else, own up to it. I don't care if you think it's natural it's rude. I'm sure you wouldn't want a bunch of random people staring at you.

Thats exactly what the OP was describing though. You don't care if it is rude, but you want others to care about your well-being and feeling of comfortability?

      Thats called entitlement and hypocrisy.

@FakeName123 No it's not. How is calling someone rude for staring hypocrisy? Is calling someone that steals a thief rude? It's just a fact. There is no entitlement here. I've seen both men AND women stare at people and it's rude. Looking is fine but why do people like you think it's okay to make people feel uncomfortable with long ass stares? I can't stop you from doing what you do but I can sure as hell say it's rude and disrespectful.

Stealing and staring are two different things. You are not even comparing apples with pears, but apples with dinosaurs. Thats how far apart your comparision is.

To clarify: People can look wherever they want. It is everyones right to use their perceptive senses. You in return call it rude, that people stare - but only if its a certain kind of people you deem weirdos and creepers. You essentially put your own feeling of emotional comfort over specific kind of people being capable of using their eye-sight and looking at what they want to look by shaming with saying it is rude. That's entitlement.

Further you say you don't care when you are rude. You apparently only care about something being rude, if it affects you as the victim, but not when you are the perpetrator. Thats not only entitled, but also hypocritical of you

Here is a little life-advice: The world doesn't revolve around you and will still orbit the sun with or without you. So don't make yourself more important than you are

@FakeName123 how are you not entitled then? You feel like you staring and making people uncomfortable has to be accepted by others and if it isn't who gives a shit? You think I'm being rude and I think you're rude, we're never going to agree so whatever. Enjoy creeping poor people out.

How am I not entitled? Unlike you I don't care about people staring at me. Offense is taken, not given.
I can't change it anyway and I don't want to. If people stare, so they should. There are actual issues in life rather than non-issues like this.

You really should learn to take yourself as less important and don't base your well-being around what others do or think about you. Someone looks at your breasts? Cool story. Happens everyday, no harm is done, live on.

Also great assumptation of me being a creep just because I disagree with you. That's a very major way of handling criticism. (Disclaimer: That last paragraph was sarcasm)

Most women get raped regardless of what they wear so whom do you blame? People say 'dress properly' as a precaution, not as to cover yourself fully in a sack so that guys won't see your skin which might lead to rape -_- BUT I have to agree with you that, some girls do dress very exposed and be like "I wear what I want" Of course you can but it's male biology to get attracted instantly to what they see and unlike women they have very little self control. But anyways, only low, sadist, creeps rape women. And if you don't wanna get raped by those men, take precaution. That's it.

Where in this post did I mention rape?
This post was about appropriate attire and public decency.

Trying to shame men by saying "unlike women we have little self control" is pretty ignorant.
Males have self control, looking at something you find visually pleasing has nothing to do with self control.
You are simply applying the difference between males and females as some kind of negative attribute in males simply because women don't react the same way. Women are not as visually stimulated as males, this is biology. If I said "Women are weak because they just can't control their emotions like men can" it would most likely cause offense. But biologically women are more emotional and males are not, it isn't that we "are taught not to be" ... males are mentally not as emotional as women, we have emotion it doesn't control us.

You are right that only mentally unsettled people rape, just like those who murder. We should all take precautions to protect ourselves. It's fairly logical.

Pointing out the obvious bias and expected entitlement of one group by showing how it would be with the reverse group is in no way dictating what you should wear, it's pointing out what society expects of all people and how if the rules are expected to be adhered to by one half of the population, it damn well better be adhered to by the other half. Those who whine for equality often forget that equal means the same.

Being constantly inundated with whining bullshit about how suppressed poor girls are and how evil men are for their natural biological desires... yeah no big deal. Men are evil women are victims, why would that be a big deal, especially considering lesser issues would be beaten to death if the roles were reversed... but oh yeah, I forgot. When males do something women do like, it's always a major deal and when men see something bullshit women are doing we need to just suck it up and move on. Riiiiight. I forgot. My bad.

So where do you stand when the entire male population is being blamed for everything?
DO you get on your high horse and say it's wrong that approx. 4.5 billion males of a species should not be blamed for the actions of a few?
DO you step up when the ideology you're defending is rioting outside a speaker talking about issues with boys in school or other male issues?

I'm not surprised to see a male opinion is being marginalized by someone who believe that even the most minute female issue should be heard. The ideology in question is known for this type of silencing and marginalization.

The "little issue", is in response to...
      www.google.ca/?gws_rd=ssl#q=school+dress+code

THE MASSIVE OUTCRY about how "Oppressed" girls are because they can't do what they want and feel they shouldn't have to follow the same rules as males.
The little issues, isn't something I am making a big issue... FEMALES EVERYWHERE are making it a big issue. This shouldn't even be an issue. Just follow the rules the rest of us do.

Yeah lets deal with real oppression.

So where do you stand on domestic violence towards males and how it's ignored, shamed, or accepted?

Where do you stand on the abuse of false rape culture, and the increasing level of false accusations which destroy male lives while the female accusers has little to zero consequences for their actions?

Where do you stand on the issue of boys in schools? A female centric system that is geared towards teaching females and greatly ignores the differences between the way males learn and the way females learn?

Or I'm curious, what you would consider an important issue for feminism in western society?

No that i need to justify my beliefs to a stranger, but just to humour you, here ya go

i am against domestic violence, period. there should be more support systems for men who go through it and it should not be shamed. the only people i've ever seen shame a man for domestic abuse is other men interestingly enough

rape culture isn't false. victim blaming is common as hell. i don't agree with false accusations of rape obviously. no one should have their life ruined for something they didn't do.

i think more can be done to help boys do as well in schools as girls but there is no easy way to tackle this issues, unless you propose segregation. :D

i think intersectional feminism is the most important strand of feminism. acknowledging the interconnection between different kinds of oppression including sexism, racism, transphobia, homophobia etc.

      Happy now?

Oh so all those times I have seen a male in the media getting a beat down from a female and the crowd of women cheer because he must have done something to deserve it, they were actually men in disguise.

      EX:www.mirror.co.uk/.../jeremy-kyle-slams-audience-laughing-5682696
One of the many example. Like when Sharron Osborne laughed at a man being dismembered by his wife, or the youtube video showing peoples reactions to a male being attacked by a female.

Rape culture is not false, it's just skewed, excludes male victims completely, uses a falsified study done by a feminist years ago to get a 1 in 4 number, when the actual number is closer to 1 in 40. Assumes women are victims without question because investigating would be "victim blaming". NO one should have their lives ruined for something they didn't do, but yet there is a infinite number of males in prison for exactly that, and many females NOT in prison for doing exactly the same thing as males.

      But thanks for your feedback.

Well it isn't a game. But it's hard to convince a sex that doesn't have the same programming.
It's kinda like when you see a car accident and you instinctually look without thinking... I mean we all do that so it's easier to understand the point.

i get it but a wrecked car wouldn't feel violated or in danger if you stared at it lol

A female "feeling" violated or in danger because someone looks at them, is a personal issue with herself. I could easily say that I feel personally violated that my eyes have to bare witness to almost naked females walking around because I believe it was "offensive" to show that much of your body in public. The idea of feeling "afraid" is propaganda induced, since men are way more likely to be attacked on the street statistically for all other reasons that a female is to be sexually attacked. But we don't choose to play the victim complex and walk around afraid of everyone.

Why is it that women feel entitled to walk around peacocking their personal parts in public and then feel "violated" when those parts grab the interest of the opposite sex? If I walked around with my balls hanging out of my pants, I would not blame people for staring. If I didn't want to be stared at I would tuck them into proper clothing. It's a simple matter of logic.

There is glancing (maybe a double-take) and there is staring.
    Learn the difference.

It's kinda funny reading this take, because I saw just yesterday two guys walking around in a shopping mall dressed in nothing but swimshorts.

I wish I could be distracted by seeing men in those kinds of cloths. ^^

I don't care if a man is staring at my boobs and ass like a hungry wolf. As long as he doesn't come near me or touch me in some creepy as sway I don't care.

I didn't waste your time, you clicked the post and took it upon yourself to read or was the images of men have naked so distracting that you had to take a minute of your time to find out why?
We as a society can be more productive, but as you proved, distractions occur because people see thinks they find interesting, be it for good or bad reasons. SO thank you for proving my point.

I didn't prove your point, your point was about dress codes.
And where else would I go to complain about people wasting time arguing about this stuff? Obviously I'm gonna go to the place where the subject is being discussed.

Well thanks for taking time out of your busy day to read (enough of) the post to distract you long enough to write a comment and then multiple replies.
Distractions are a son of a bitch. They can happen for many different reasons. It's to bad people can't stop wasting time on stupid shit and be more productive.

How you dress affects the way people treat you. How people treat you affects they way you feel about yourself. How you feel about yourself affects everything you do.

I disagree. People should be able to look as much as they like. Women should just deal with it. Also, men should dress sexier, to even the balance.

Those women above are looking at those men in disgust. They look as if they are thinking "what the fuck are you wearing". Compare that to men who gawk in a sexual way. Can't compare the two

You can indeed compare the two. Men look at and are distracted in a negative way when awful looking women dress in clothes that make them stand out as well. But as you may have noticed with the black and white photo. An attractive male with his package showing, and or a decent body could be distracting as well.
If you can imagine the more attractive fella above or someone like him standing in front of a classroom trying to teach you something, would you be able to concentrate?
I mean I am sure you could more than a male simply based on the fact that your not as visually stimulated, but there is a level of distraction which would have to occur logically.
