What will Happen if The Supreme Court Allows Homosexuals To Marry, In the USA?

Anonymous

After all the times I've asked this rhetroical question, with the result of insults, tears, hair pulling, and people generally bullying each other over the idea of free-will contending against moral accountablity; I've decided to make this a myTake. Because, it's honestly a question without a tangible answer; a debate with no conclusion...an unending civil war that will contunie to rage on, especially now that the Supreme Court, may be ruing in favor of Same-Sex-Marriage. Now, before I countinue, may I ask all trolling LGBT supporters to hold a ceasefire with the namecalling and "buzzwords" such as: Bigot, Homophobe, Intolerent, Christard, and etc; and attempt to be civil. I understand you all want to have a chance at "falling in love", "being safe" and to be "accepted"-I get it, everyone wants to be well regardless of sex and everyone has their free-will to choose. Yet, did you ever think about how well off you might already be without the SP ruling?

  • This era of the 21st Century has become a hay-day for you.
From Kraft to Converse-There are plenty of businesses that are more than glad to support your sexual opinons now. Plus, many American states have legalized SSM without the Supreme Courts help and as for state law: they sought to infilct hateful revenge on anyone whom begs to differ.

  • You maybe the minority, but people have given you special rights and benefits.
You can adopt children, you can (in some states)"marry", you can collect pre-marital money from the governement, get visitation rights to hospitals, and collect your late partner's inheiratence, via Will or Lawyer.

  • Newspapers like the Huffington Post are promoting your agenda.
All over the paper, they ceaslessly speak of the LGBT being victims of criminal activity. Everything from murder, to being simply denied a wedding cake or bouquet from a religious family. Which, by the way, might become further vicitmized by this Supreme Court ruling.

When discussing religion and religious familes like my own Christ-Centered Family, It makes me distraught to have heard terrible news about people of my cultural majority, being sued for astronomical amounts of money that would've been used to feed, clothe, and shelter their familes-Imfamously, people like Melissia Klein of Sweet Cakes by Melissia, Baronelle Stutzman of Arlene's Flowers, and Jack Phillips of Rocky Mountain Bakery. That brought me to challange the ethics the the Rainbow movement in the first place, apart from knowing The Good Book well about God's views on marriage. Why do have, to have EVERYONE like YOU; Didn't your parents tell you that not everyone in the would will appreciate your presence, nor agree with you on everything? True, we should never be cruel, but we don't have to be best friends either. If the Supreme Court ever ruled in favor of SSM this lovely June of 2015, Here's what may happen and what we ( traditional religous people's) will do about it:

We Will Be Hearing More Troubling Stories of the Persecuted Majority.

It doesn't really matter how big or how small the bully is-A Bully is A Bully. I don't hate the LGBT personally-they're nice people (like my bisexual cousin Jamie); but if there's anything to hate about the organization-it's their anti-religous bigotry. Businesses similar to Sweet Cakes, will be unfairly labled as bigots, just for having a tactful religious idea on the issue as to why they refuse to make such a wedding cake. Eventually, this may lead to the taxing of pro-tradtional churches and the religious communities being thrown-out of the wedding industry, entirely! I personally help my family run a lavish Victorian-Styled Bed-and-Breakfast, in the Midwestern American Countryside; complete with a giant backyard. My father once told me about how much he'd love to cater to weddings if same-sex marriage was not such an issue in our homeland of Michigan. "If we ever did, honey...it may have to be a special, free favor, for a dear family member of ours; but that's it. I'm not letting some crazy, stupid woman, sue me over her ceremony to her girlfriend."

Home-Churches Will Sprout.

My pastor also said that he had plans for a "home-church" set-up if we were ever stripped of our land deed for civil disobidience. He told me, the worst they could ever do was fine us.

I Will Still Marry a Man.

Because that's what I want. That's what God also wants.

Incest and Poloygamy May Be Our Next Target.

I realize, that's what most people against this issue will argue; but if you really think about it, it might be a possiblity. People in Utah are campaining for their marital privillages to be polygamous and People in New Jersey have been giving the right to marry their close family. You still don't suppose it's possible?

I Will Make An Effort To Stay Calm

"The steadfast of mind You will keep in perfect peace, Because (s)he trusts in You. Isaiah 26:3. The worst thing to do is panic when God has got it.

It's The End Times As We All Know It.

Need I say more?

But I will Encourage All Churches To Evangelize and Bring On The Love.

For this is the only way we can win our social conflicts on marriage and sex. In closing, it's true that Everything is Permissible, yet not always profitable and hopefully we are prepared for the consequences of our choice, whatever that may be.
