Why I've Decided to Take College Courses in Human Sexuality and Social Issues

Currently my major in college is "undecided" so I can take which ever classes I want to get credits. This summer, I'm taking a 6 week class on social issues and in the Fall, one of my classes will be human sexuality. There are reasons why I'm taking both of these classes.

1.) Main reason why I'm taking social issues

I personally want to see how unbiased this class will be, considering that the college I attend to, is in a liberal state(California) I want to see if this class will only favor feminist views. I hope not, I hope that it is unbiased.

2.) Main reason I'm taking a course on human sexuality

So, I'm sure most of you know that I use to ask questions on whether or not women find men visually attractive and if women are visual. Well, now I'm almost certain that women do find men visually attractive because women are visual. The saying that "men are visual creatures" is just used by many to shame male sexuality. When there is nothing wrong with being visual. Technically, the main reason I'm taking this class is to see if this subject will be mentioned.

3.) 2nd reason I'm taking a social issues class

Assuming the class's doesn't show bias by only favoring Social Justice views, I want to be able to talk about social issues that concern men. I also want to see how many students actually care about men and other groups that are constantly neglected by the SJWs.

4.) 2nd reason I'm taking a class about human sexuality

There are many things about women that I would like to know, sure I could search them on the internet but I think it's much better to learn about them in a class.

5.) Academic reasons why I'm taking both of these classes

I just want to acquire units. I need 60 units to transfer to another college where I can officially start my career.

6.) Both subjects are interesting to me

While I personally do enjoy talking about society, a lot. I do tend to enjoy talking about human sexuality, I know that it is still awkward for people to talk about sex but considering that we are adults, I don't expect it to be as awkward as it was in high school.

So yes, most of the reasons why I'm taking these two classes are because of interest. I don't know how many people find these subjects interesting but I personally find them interesting.

Ha good luck with that non-biased stuff, especially in California. Most likely be man bashing and how every sexuality except being a masculine male is good and being a male and mascukinebis bad. Also be prepared to be blamed for everything, and don't expect them to even go over the issues men face with sexuality and being striaght. I would also like to take a class on this in my university, and even though it's real conservative as opposed to some universities, they still have the mentality that male sexuality is bad and female sexuality is good. If I were you, I'd take it outside of the university.

He was concerned about sexuality class in California being biased against males and worried that the class would talk about how bad being a male is. In case you haven't known (since you are 13, you won't) colleges in California and New York have made laws basically saying anytime a male has sex, it's rape. I know you are 13 and still learning new stuff, especially in political realm. My advice is to take this information and do research on it.

I have not seen a liberal's college with unbais social classes yet. If there is anything I've learned about liberal colleges it's stay away from classes or courses that have social, social science or anything to do with the mind in them.

To me it's just a waste of money, but at least your using the class to get to another college wit will in turn move you forward with a viable degree and future so your not throwing your money away like most of the people probably in that class.

I'll be surprised if it is actually unbais but anything can happen.

i took a feminism once. it sucked, too. only because it was a history class and the name of the class was basically American war history, so i didn't read past that part of the title. i didn't really connect the dots that it was a feminism class until we watched some movie about these chicks who got raped in the marines. then 2 of them came in. i talked to them and how my uncle, dad and grandpa were in the army. 1 was cool (a relatively young chick) but the other (middle aged) was telling me how they were probably sexist during their time in the army and didn't know it... that was my epiphany moment. and i was like, "da fuq?"

No one relevant is saying that women don't get lady boners by staring at a cute guys' pecs, what WE are saying is that it takes a lot more than that to KEEP us going. It actually does depend on the class and the location. Rumor has it that if a person takes the class in a liberal state like California, they'll find it to be very biased by only showing the liberal side. If a person takes the class in a conservative state like Texas, it'll be biased by only focusing on the conservative side. If a person takes te class in a moderate state, it'll be unbiased.

Not everyone in California is liberal. Not everyone in Texas is conservative. There is no such thing as unbias. Again the class itself is no indicator. Only the teacher. I had an English teacher that wasn't the biggest fan of males. I dropped her class and picked up the same class with a different teacher and the books we read and the rhetoric they spoke was very different.
