In the advancement of technology, which has played a big part in fast rising economies helping many people to get rich and have more choices in the way, they live, how many kids to raise, who they want to pick for a partner, car they drive, where they want to travel... what they want to eat every day.. etc If they don't get what they want? they cry like a baby and chuck a tantrum and throw their toys around and against the wall. They feel they are entitled to get what they see others get?
A choice made in selecting their ideal partners seen by others who concludes it isn't not based on comfortable cultural reference but they can't admit their own jealousy for not being pursued by that person or persons from that race.
Jealousy? That might be a part of it but it isn't the entire picture. Fifty years ago less than 10% Americans approved of interracial marriages, today its 85%. But there are also a fair number of people who blindside race for an ego boost. Its nice to pursued, after all.
I m not going to lose sleep because someone'd reject me for being unattractive due to being of a different racial genetic make up. I'd say thank you to all these bigots who showed their true self. :)
Of course not. Where I grew up, most women were white, so my sexual fantasies naturally involved white women. In time, I learned that other races existed, and learned to appreciate their beauty. But I still prefer white women as the fuel of my fantasies, because you can't really erase your childhood memories.
No, it is not. Preferring one group over another is a preference... even the dreaded "discrimination" but it is not racist by any definition. Compelling me to be indifferent is actually racist.
I don't think he's racist I think it's a preference I like to date white guys I am black and Latino but I am attracted to white guys is not that I am racist is just my preference
I am so freaking sick of seeing this question. You can't choose what your attracted to. You don't choose what your attracted to. People are carried away with the word "racist" nowadays and it is getting ridiculous. I am attracted to white women. That doesn't mean I have anything against black or Asian or whatever women.
Yes and No, I don't think its racism to have attraction about the particular race and may not like another due to some reasons but the people will make it look like the racism and they will even call you one very easily.
Just like this site, that is dominated the White people (which in its definition is very board term) and people have false sense of superiority that every girl in the world likes them but, No its not the case and I am amazed to look at their comment.
I don't think it's racist it's your personal preference just like wearing cargo shorts and a collared shirt instead of jeans and a t-shirt or liking blonde hair and blue eyes over brown hair green eyes
No, it's not "racist." I don't personally care what someone's race or ethnicity are in the slightest, but when it comes to dating, some people do. As long as people are respectful, they're allowed to have preferences.

No. I'm Latina and only like white guys. I'm not racist against other races nor do I think of them as being less. It's just physical attraction. I can't really explain it.
I imagine it could be depending on the deeper reason why someone had a preference. but in general I guess it's like preferring a brown haired guy over a blond or a tall vs short.
It makes a good amount of sense what you said but when I would date a completely different race I was actually concerned about what strangers would think since I know there were some that were racist and making comments so that's another reason people tend to stay with what they are familiar with and looks socially acceptable. But since I see beauty in every race I don't discriminate and go for who I'm attracted to
There is no racism. Racism vanished in the 1960's. People do have preference, but it is not racism to prefer peaches to apples. Nor is it racism to be more attracted to slender people than fat people. It is not racism for a girl to be more interested in marrying a doctor than a guy that cleans tables in McDonalds. Whatever, preference you have; it is not racism.
If can be. Not being attracted to say a black person is not any different than not being attracted to a fat person. Or a short person. I'm white and haven't dated anyone but black women in 20 years. Preference. I can be attracted to whomever I choose to.

this is the race map where green is Caucasian race or its bastard name White People.
No, you're attracted to whomever you're attracted to but if you're preferences are based off stereotypes of a race then yes, that is racist.
I'm a racist towards Argonians because I prefer Khajiit.
Furry guy eh?
I don't think it's racist it's your personal preference just like wearing cargo shorts and a collared shirt instead of jeans and a t-shirt or liking blonde hair and blue eyes over brown hair green eyes

As long as they have skin it's all good, the colour really doesn't matter.
I have always liked all colours in life.

@animus1988 i don't really have one. I've only dated white guys but have been attracted to black guys in the past

It's not racist to have a preference. Why forced everyone to date every race? Aren't we free anymore to chose who we want to go out with?
