You say technically but there isn't anything technical about it. Women get paid the EXACT SAME.
Women work less. They take lower paying jobs. End of story.
Another feminist apologist who STILL won't take the red pill and understand that feminism hurts women.
Women want to get paid as much as anyone else, and if they could take higher paying jobs they would! This rhetoric is really just wishful thinking by people who don't care about these issues in the first place.
I don't know if you're new around the net, but the phrase "red pill" conveys images of extremely bitter people who hate women. Outside of discussions about the matrix, it's a pretty foul phrase for a lot of people--and with good reason.

But I digress, I'm not interested in yours or anyone else's opinion. I deal in facts.
I understand fine. After all, you stated the root of "the issue" just now. Namely, you not being "interested" in facts that don't support your conclusions. You call them opinions, but... you're only saying that because you'd rather not acknowledge the truth. Everything I said is reasonable and uncontroversial.
And what sense, I ask you, does it make for someone who wants to help women to take advice or accept so-called facts from someone who has no interest in the opinions or desires of women? None. It makes no sense.
@Marinite Really sick of women saying they can't take higher paying jobs. Nothing is stopping women from studying whatever field they want. Some colleges even provided incentives for women to go into STEM fields, but holy cow... maybe women just aren't interested in them. Laser technology... yeah, sounds divine. I can't blame them, and even as a guy I have really no interest in those fields. Hell, some places have female hiring quotas (we technically even break discrimination laws to try to make women happy), because women just can't be satisfied with the opportunity to get a job and just want males to move aside because... whee!.. need stuff handed to us. That's not job competition, that's job cowardice.
In stead of trying to label people who want equality as feminists, label them as equalitarian. The word "feminism" itself means pro-women when you take a look at its structure. I'm in no way pro-women, but I'm pro equality.
Well, I'm more pro equity : some things can't be equal or would be stupid if they were equal : men shouldn't be able to have days off for pregnancy and men should be favoured in physically demanding jobs, but there should be something to compensate that inequality in order to make things fair. This system would take advantage of each gender's strength while still remaining faire to everyone.
It's called feminism because when it originated the movement was to bring women equal rights because there was a lot of inequality. But, I understand what ur saying, I think that the name should be changed because it gives it a very negative view.
@Olivia555 Exactly, In my opinion, only first wave feminism was truly about equality. The rest is just "quality of life" changes for women, not a thing about equality.
The name feminism has got a bad connotation thanks to these dearly feminazi, and fewer and fewer people want to consider themselves as feminists. That's why "rebranding the product" might give a breath of fresh air to the movement of people who truly want equality and/or fairness.
The underlying cause of anti-feminism cannot be solved by a mere label change, I'm afraid. Of all the issues people claim to have with feminism, its name has an almost non-existent impact.
Anti-feminism, and anti-equality, is rooted in things like misogyny and, barring that, outright misanthropy. Simply put, not everyone's heart is in the right place and there isn't necessarily a cure for that.
@Marinite You can't claim to be an egalitarian if you allow women to have more time for math exams for example, but claiming you are a feminist here is less absurd. The thing is, some women are for equality as much as I am, but label themselves as feminists. Doing so, puts these sensible women in the same basket as all these hysterical numnuts also known as feminazis. Therefore, they are more likely to be hated on.
If the first wave feminists were so gung-ho about equality, how come when they were given equal voting rights to men, they didn't seem too concerned that they weren't required to shoulder any civic/national responsibilities like the men had to in order to earn their voting rights (which was two years prior to when women were given theirs)
Men had to register for Selective Service, making all men aged 18-45 eligible for the draft. Womens' voting rights came with no civic/national responsibilities and were given exemption from registering with SS for their protection.
Mens' vote - civic responsibility - one vote equal to women
Womens' vote - NO civic responsibility - one vote equal to men
You can't have equal rights when responsibilities attached to those rights are unequal between the parties.
Feminism is LEAD by the " feminazis " , Gloria Steinem remains the top leader ... and why are the rank & file feminists always silent , when their leaders spout hate filled bile... #KillAllMen , I rest my case !! The hashtag KillAllMen was a meme created for the specific purpose of pissing off anti-feminists by mockingly parodying the way they portray feminists. I don't mean to blow your mind, but there is not in fact an actual plot to wipe men off the face of the planet. Shocking, I know.

My mother was a feminist starting in the late 60's early 70's. I learned the basic fact that we are all human beings before we are gendered individuals. She didn't take shit from men, but she did not hate men. I am fortunate to have had a mother who exhibited strength and a father who also taught me to see women as fellow human beings first. One time many years ago, I made some silly assed comment about women and my dad turned to me and bluntly told me "A woman is not a life support system for tits and ass". Needless to say he caught my attention and I was embarrassed. There is definitely a difference. Feminism deserves respect from men. The women who have adopted a hatred towards men should be pitied.

Believe it or not, babe, there are feminists advocating for the change in prison conditions. Afterall, more men are raped in the U. S. accommodated by prisons.
Yeah I know there are "unicorn" Feminists, they are just uber rare and totally drowned out by the radicals that hold all the power.
Maybe part of my issue is I just don't understand the need some people have for a label, I would prefer to simply address each individual issue on it's own merits unattached to an ideology.

Dr. Warren Farrell is also an MRA, something to think about, they get bashed A LOT by Feminists but they are genuinely pretty decent for the most part.
Here's the issue. If I want to use a swastika as a symbol, say, for a tattoo. I can tell everybody it's the Buddhist symbol of peace all I want, but when they look at it, they think Bazi. Feminism is the same. The word is tainted beyond repair. But, here's the thing: we dont need this outmoded word - we have a word for equality - it's 'equality'. Feminism has done more damage than good. Ann Oakley, one of the words biggest feminists, talks about this in deeper detail in her publications - I think 2005/6 specifically tackle it.

Sadly, feminazis in general are VERY vocal and VERY encroaching. What's even worse for feminists is that feminazis tend to identify themselves as feminists.
For those such as myself that don't necessarily identify as a feminist, it's not difficult to see a 'feminist' acting like a misandrist with a shrilling voice.

Feminism is an ideology as big as society itself. Bigger than our society, even. At that scale, it cannot help but be as flawed as humanity itself. This is not something I hold against it, and have personally felt a rather sad link between anti-feminist and misanthropy.
I don`t believe in feminism. That is, I don`t believe in feminism as for today, especially in well- developed countries. I sincerely believe that there are plenty of problems in the world that are more worth fixing. If women don`t accept the payment they get in their career, for example, it`s the employer`s loss if they lose a dependable worker. You could try and negotiate somehow, or simply quit and find other places to work. The business will probably be sued or lose money anyway.
Women have plenty of rights as it is. They can, for example, report a rape without proof, and the accused would be sent instantaneously to jail.

Women who are ( wise ) and empowered know how to speak with kindness and use their mouth to build instead of destroy. She can build more with her mouth than her hands. And she knows how to speak to the king in a man unlike the smart woman who talks to the fool in a man. A wise woman doesn't need feminism , because she's wise enough to know she's already equal.

MGTOW has nothing to do with war. The whole concept of MGTOW is walking away from women. And I will walk away from MGTOW as soon as the laws and society favor men equally the same way they do women and not one minute sooner than that.

Women are ruled by their emotions, and feeling going that is never the best way to fix your problems. The third wave feminism has used the law to their benefit, and thats wrong, but i hold on to faith that the real women are on the front line ready to take gun fire for men. Women who love men have fathers, brothers, sons, and close friends, and they see whats going on. If you are a real man going your own way show the feminist that you can lead, and love them not by turning their back on them, but by picking up a women, or man when they are down. Im a man who has been run over by the law, because of law stack against me, but i can't turn my back on a real humanbeing who can be saved if i take her by the hand, and lead her to the light.
Just save us the confusion & headache and call yourself a EGALITARIAN if you really believe in gender equality. Yes it's a less commonly used word and harder to pronounce but at least it is a true defintion of equality. The word "feminist" contains the latin subroot "fem" which denotes a focus on feminity. It is and always will be focused on female identity over male identity.
There are moderate "feminists" who truly believe in equality (and are egalitarian and don't even know it), but so many 3rd wave feminists have screwed up the definition so bad that ENTIRE WORD is tainted.

I don't know. Most of the feminists only say the care about equality but they don't judge partially. They are extremely bias.
Take job pay, for example. Every feminist seems to take data from the bureau of labour. It shows that me and made more than women. Which is true. What they didn't say is that men also work overtime more and thus get paid more (150% overtime pay). There are other points explaining the pay gap but not many seem to care much.

Men also get paid less in modelling and in porn. Why? Because they bring in less money than the women do in those professions. The same goes for sport.
