Most ignoramus don't understand the difference between a feminist and a "feminist", or as most refer to as a, FEMINAZI. The beauty of feminism is equality and unity. Feminism is the movement of advocating for both men and women to obtain equal rights and treatment. You're probably a right wing prick who just wants to be right, or you're the entitled liberal who is the least experienced in listening and being respectful. Either way, I hope this put some common sense in your perspective on feminism.

Feminism, you either agree with it, or you don't. While much propaganda has been aimed at feminism, let's first distinguish between feminists and feminazis.

Feminism v. Feminazis

You know the women who believe men are no good and care only for the advancement of women's rights? Or occasionally you see them on social media preaching outrageous, unsupported statements regarding mens' behaviorisms? Well that my friend is what is know as a feminazi! The women who rally for better prison conditions for men, or advocate for transgender rights for both men and women, they are feminists. We don't hate men, and rape is a huge deal for men especially. Even female-dominated work environments or school environments for men need to be addressed.

I am proud to stand against the ideology that women get paid less for the same jobs is TECHNICALLY true. While many morons state well know reasons for women being paid less, we have to remember about sports. TECHNICALLY, women are paid less in sports than men for the same exact job or position. Let me be clear, I AM FULLY AWARE OF THE WAY PLAYERS GET PAID AND HOW VIEWS MATTER. Anyway, the Women's U.S. National Soccer Team makes a fraction of what the Men's National Team makes combined, despite the win-lose ratio being much better. While more people watch Men's Soccer, Hope Solo can perform in the 2018 World Cup and make a little less than a non-participating US Men's National Team keeper.

Feminism use to have a good cause before it was called feminism. Nowadays feminism is no longer about simply advocating for women’s interests it is now known as third wave feminism, it’s a misandrist and gynocentric movement that has arrested from its original goals. It most certainly doesn’t care about men, it openly shames men and masculinity and makes every single thing a “male vs female” issue.

I don't think they do necessarily. The liberal position is that it's fine and that's just one small snippet of why I think it's entirely appropriate to consider feminism's practices and policies incompatible with liberalism.

"Technically" it's not true. Being a soccer player means you're in the same field, but you're playing on a different team which is basically having a different job. It's the different between fronting a popular band and fronting a worthless band -- not the same. It's basically a different job. If you think it isn't then whatever, that works too. It's just semantics. The point is there's no problem with getting paid differently for the right reasons.

Did some reasearch into the prison thing.

It was run by Lovisa Stannow. I've heard the name before, she's a strangle low key feminist, infact it's kind of hard to find anything from her esposing her views. I'm slightly hesitant to even call her a feminist. The thing that sells it is statements that are attributed to her saying men raping men is misogyny so there's little hints here and there at her ideological motivation but for the most part it doesn't seem to come up and primarily what she does is helping people, so I overall she's got my thumbs up.

Then I can't help but wonder how much I can truly credit feminism with this. But whatever, overall it seems good so I'm going to just be charitable and give full credit.

So feminism did something good. Amazing. Now stop all the other bullshit or delineate the good from the bad with effective labeling and categorization, then it'll have my respect and I'd call myself a feminist again. I won't be holding my breath.

In conclusion, you haven't stated anything here that hasn't already been said to death somewhere else. I believe in equality (Not feminism) where its possible and believe on "pay on the basis" of the output not the fucking position you hold in the Job. If I have a business I will never pay anyone higher for a thing that one performs faster and in the short amount of time as compare to the one, that performs slower and of low quality. National Organization for Women, National Association of Women Lawyers, International Alliance of Women, UN Women, are some of main the faces of feminism in politics. To me these are feminism, the groups that lobby, effect policy, change or create laws, the ones that directly effect the day to day lives of people all over the world. When you call yourself a feminist you are claiming a kindred to the main faces of feminism, you may not wear a p*ssy hat nor agree with everything said at the woman's march, but as your voice is drowned out by the ones who do. You can claim to have issues with gender inequality in such things as sentencing, but when feminist organizations are calling for the resignation of PM Philip Davis for just pointing out that men are given stiffer sentences you're voice is just drowned out by the majority. Or you may feel that men need to get a fair shake in campus rape cases, but when people loose their heads over the roll back of Title 9 on College campuses your voice gets lost in the crowd. Or perhaps you feel that men should have a good chance of equal custody in divorce when powerful lobbying groups move in to block changes in those laws you are screaming into the storm. There is no doubt that there are feminists who feel such as you do, but they do not have the funding, backing, or support within the group to effect any real change. Hence the need for another set of lobbying groups, ones who will look at both sides of the gender equation and see if A=B and assume that A>B in all situation. I've also read the musings and writings of the suffragettes, I just completed the Second Sex, I've read the declaration of sentiments, and I do know what those women thought. Even if women were oppressed in the 19th century, which I could argue against, that doesn't necessarily mean that they are today in modern times. In fact in the only experiment that I know of, Nora Vincent's Self Made Man, where someone tried to objectively compare who had it worse, the conclusion was that women are better off. As for history, many of the laws and customs that women were subject to, also impacted men and boys in negative ways, but only looking at one side of the story is bound to draw incorrect views.

Feminism is not about being treated plainly equally, we don't want to be treated like men, for one small reason: we are not men. BUT we want to be respected socially and professionally, in terms of positions (as long as the gal in question actually earns it), wage (if she knows, she must be paid in accordance) and culture (if I am walking down the street in my dress and heels, I am expecting to be treated with respect, and not to be "objectified" because some looser found me attractive and immediately he believes that he has any kind of power over me).

The money I will get, as well as my teammates (the other band players) will depend on how much money I make from gigs. Metallica charges quite a bit and people pay to see them... lots of people. I actually made an account in this thing just so I could throw my two cents in this one article, so please at least skim over this comment if you see it.

I mostly agree with this article. In my opinion, there are two types of feminists. First of all, there are feminazis. Feminazis go on about things that don’t exist like the wage gap and pink tax (which both have logical explainations), and blatantly ignore actual proven facts that don’t support their arguements. They also tend to be sore losers in arguements and call anyone who beats them a “nazi” or “racist,” or something else uncalled for and rude.

A feminist is someone who knows and wants to help women who are ACTUALLY oppressed, and wants to do something to participate in the community to help better America for women, and is respectful to others while doing so.

However, I have one main problem with this article, though it is a small one. In the article, the author claims that women make less than men in soccer. All I want to note is that this is for a logical reason. While it may be true that the women’s soccer team has a better win/lose ratio, men’s soccer gets more publicity and fans because WAY more people watch men’s soccer as opposed to women’s soccer. Actually, men’s soccer gets MILLIONS more fans! That explains the wage gap there.

All in all, this is a great article!

You cited unequal pay in sports as a example for the justification of feminism. Aside from sports. Well here's few more examples of women not treated equal to men.

1. Required to register for the draft by age 18, or else go to prison.
2. Spends many years locked up in prison or is put to death for a crime the opposite sex in many cases doesn't even goes to jail for.
3. Automatically goes to jail when the police are called in a domestic dispute regardless they never put a hand on the other half.
4. Loses kids and nearly all possessions in nearly all cases of divorce proceedings not including over half of income with very limited visitation for their kids. And that is no matter which party filed for the divorce or that the other half was cheating.
That's a very short list of inequality you didn't mention in your article. But don't rush to add them on because those shortcomings are the inequalities men today face and all thanks to what feminism has done to men.

1 The mens World Cup earned $4.8 billion in revenue. The women's world cups brings in less than $120M. In FACT , based on the % of revenue earned compared to the pay out players get , men ( 9%) actually earn less than the women (13%). So its impossible to be paying the women the same as the men because they don't generate the same levels of revenues and its two separate sports/events. By your logic women in the WNBA should be paid the same as the men in the NBA? lmfao!!!
2. In tennis men and women get paid the same however in the Grand Slams, Men play best of 5 Sets, compared to women who only play best of 3 Sets and women still get paid the same even though do less work.

Why would anyone need the wage gap explained to them when a quick glance at the fortune 500 would reveal it's almost exclusively men? It's incredibly obvious why we have a wage gap. Only a brazen liar would claim we didn't and only a misogynist would claim it isn't an issue. Plenty of other developed countries don't have this issue. Plenty of women would like to make money.

Now if you'd like to talk about solutions that'd be a welcome topic. Feminists have been discussing breaking the glass ceiling for decades, as it's not necessarily an issue with clear solutions. Namely, you can't just magically replace those men with women now that they're already there. And if you want practical, ethical solutions? Well, we're in short supply. Hence, why things haven't been changing.

@Marinite Here's a solution - women can do this miraculous thing called applying for the jobs they want. It's called equal opportunity. That's all men have ever had competing against other men. If women want more than that, (well, we won't mention some places have hiring quotas for women, which never impresses current employees who didn't have jobs handed to them and actually got theirs through equal opportunity) I wouldn't be surprised.

And only a brazen liar wouldn't mention that women are barely represented at the glass basement level either. Where's your outcry for that? Women can make money there too. And being almost exclusively men should really frost your shorts. Nah, that's not the way of entitled people.

Misandry is contempt for or ingrained prejudice against men, whereas feminism is the advocacy of women's rights on the basis of equality of the sexes. First of all, it isn't garbage.. it's accurate and I've had my fair share of the type of experiences he cites. Secondly, it would seem to me that this post falls directly in line with what you cite from said profile.

He's also right that men are not going to accept feminism until it changes. The path it has taken and remains on now is ruinous. It has driven countless men away from women due to the severely negative experiences related to it. In its current form it really only serves one purpose well, and that is to divide. Equality has had little to nothing to do with it for some time now. It's not about equality at this point, it's about superiority.

I agree there is a difference between feminists and feminazis. However, I find it a bit humorous you state it is an ideology. A lot of feminists I talk to won't admit it is an ideology.
