Some People Are Homophobic. Get Over It.

Alright, now before you start furiously typing in all caps at me in the comments before actually reading what I have to say, let me explain. I myself am bisexual and I have no problem with what anyone does in the bedroom. Unless you like feet. That's just weird. However, I have known a couple people that don't like homosexuality and don't like me because I sometimes like to suck dick. And that's fine, I really don't care what they think. It doesn't harm me, and they aren't going out of my way to hurt people who are gay, so why should I care if they don't like homosexuality? Why should anyone care? Just like I won't attack you because you have a foot fetish.

Of course there are some people in the world who do go out of their way to cause harm. Some of them are homophobic. A lot of them are heterophobic and attempt to bully heterosexuals into accepting the fact that they're gay, when a lot of the time, those people either don't care what you do in the bedroom or they don't like homosexuality, but like the people I mentioned before, they don't go out of their way to attack people either. And I don't really get what you expect is going to happen. I mean, do you think if you bully, harass and attack these people, that they are going to have a change of heart and accept you and realise you're really just loving, caring people who are just trying to fight for equality and acceptance of everyone? No, of course not, their resentment is just going to increase, they are going to have more hatred towards gay people and you give them an excuse to attack you, because you attacked them.

So, to all those people out there who support LGBT and Gay Pride or are a part of it, here's a solution for you: Stop atacking people. If you show people you are not pyschos out for blood, and instead are nice, friendly and kind then you might get some more support. And certain stereotypes about SJW keyboard warriors and all that might fade away, because even if the people who are psychos out for blood are just a minority, they are pretty loud and most people think of them as the majority. So if someone calls you a meany on the internet, ignore them. You can even block them if you want. The worst they can do is type in all caps at you, but if it really bothers you, pretty much every site gives you the option to block people. If this myTake offends you, you can ignore it and block me. There are also some that allow you to make it so random people can't message you unless they are in you friends or whatever. So if it really bothers you that much, just use one of the many options given to you to not see what they are saying. If, however, someone actually pshycally assaults you, well guess what? That's illegal. They can be arrested.

Don't make every issue into a homphobia issue, and just the many options given to you to either not see what they are saying, or punish them for illegal things. If you stop making everything into a homphobia issue and if everyone just accepted the fact that some people don't like gays, but most of them won't go out of their way to assault you, the problem will start to fade away. Anyone that does assault you, regardless of your sexual preference, will be arrested. Don't turn it into a homphobia issue. Just get them arrested for assault.

Especially if you preech about accepting everyone and equality and all that. Accept that some people don't like you, and get over it. Yeh, it's dumb. So what? Just don't engage with that person then. Also, did you know that holding ctrl while pressing an arrow key skips words instead of letters? Makes it so much easier to go back and fix a mistake without having to take your hands away from the keyboard. I figured that out while typing this. Pretty cool.
