The Meyers Briggs test is a controversial personality test that places people in one of 16 categories. You may be asking "Well Stephen why is this so controversial"? The simple answer is there are no real simple answers. Instead I am going to show you the results of five MBTI tests I took and explain it better that way.

When I first tested in high school I got ENFP which in general means I am very extroverted. However I have discovered that when I retake the test my results do vary. This one is from 16personalities.com. Which most MBTI professionals will claim is the most legitimate of the MBTI tests. I took the test from a few other sites, and here are those results.

No one is one set personality type.

There is truth to the MBTI test, but not as one type. The personality type can depend on how people feel in the moment or how the question is interpreted.

Here are results of a test I took on personalitymax.com which pretty much says I'm right brained, a kinestetic learner, and musically inclined. I am also Intrapersonal and a naturalist. I do feel like this test is actually more accurate. But, like I said some of the tests need to be taken with a grain of salt due to varying results.
