When’s the last time you asked for a raise or promotion? I asked last year and got a $2 raise. Who do you think should get paid more the person typing at 100 wpm or 50 wpm. What if there’s mistakes? What if you don’t see some of the effort they put in behind the scenes? What if the boss just likes them more? Brown nosing is something men do to get ahead try it.

Until you know everything you know nothing. You don’t know the connections, long hours, or suggestions that these men purposed.
