We can never be truly equal. We're different but compliment eachother. They do have compassion, they just do it differently. You know for what you're saying is breathtaking. Women wear pants, especially in every occupation they do. But men can't have long hair. So do they have to be transgenders just to have long hair.

Men are gay because they go to the nail salon? So men can't be heterosexual period even if they go to the nail salon with their wives and partners. That's just being a biggot. Men are still being men having long hair and going to the nail salon. Sexual harassment and alcoholism are many facts still happening in the city. But it's a man's lifestyle that's being tormented. I for one is really glad this is not true, women can do manly things and men can do more feminine things. While I do believe woman wouldn't be great on front line, why she can't fly a plane, be a medic, sailor, operations or coding all of which are military jobs, I don't know. As for men there isn't a job out there that a man can't do (notice how I didn't say men or all men rather, it does depend on your personality).
