I think she meant someone with similar values and moral laws. I myself am Christian but I would not date most women from my church. My GF was wiccan when I met her but she had similar values and moral laws. She is now a Christian but I stress that I feel most girls (and guys) was similar values and moral (perhaps ethical as well) laws to share

Then that could be a problem. Cause the girl usually waits for the guy to make the first move. Perhaps always be nice to her, and always be willing to listen to her, and kinda hint about dating.

you forgot to add, girls like guys with money.
Especially if they're successful. I. e- there's a difference between some guy who lazes on the couch all day, rich because he inherited daddy's money, and a guy who had a vision... a dream, and he went out there and got it.
Me personally, I'd like a richer guy. I plan to be successful and rich myself, I don't plan to live on his neck. But money generally means more open doors, being able to travel, to do whatever the fuck you want. Like going sky diving or something.
@Sex-Kitten, If you want to go sky-diving I make enough money so we could do it every weekend. We'll just go without food for 6 days a week :D

If you want to bring genetic code into this, women are prone to go for guys who treat them and everyone badly, because that use to be a trait of the alpha-males of groups/tribes. But it's alright, you can pretend that you fight that genetic code

Puh-lease! If you're not confident that's your own problem. No woman wants to be stuck with a man she has to constantly reassure. Stop feeling for your self. It's not attractive... an yet another trait of people with low self esteem.
KillerTaco, you just restated what he said, in a much longer way.. I can't tell if you agree or disagree with him. Anyways, low confidence can be brought on by the environment, not just from feeling sorry for yourself. I had to literally leave my home, everyone I have ever known (Armed Forces), to be able to be more confident. Even when I returned home on "vacation" my confidence was slightly brought down, because my friends treated me like I was the no-confidence kid they use to know. They would have almost an "I feel sorry for you" attitude, and it brought my confidence down a little, (mainly it pissed me off though, they have no reason to feel sorry for me). But still, someone who has no confidence, is kept in that way of thinking by their environment. I've got confidence, now all I need to do is master pretending to be an asshole to be able to get girls (I almost had it down once, but I slipped up and started to be nice, she lost interest very quickly)
