Should I turn my spare bedroom into a home office or guest room?

I was gonna make it into an office because I was gonna start my own business as well
But I also may have guest over..
However I do have a couch that turns into a bed

A home office is more practical and if you do need a spare room it’s still pretty easy to put an air mattress or other bed situation set up. I know people who have made up a guest room in their office before if they had guests staying over.
