I had a good time in high school. So I can't relate to the depressed loner kids at all. However I will agree that the years after high school got better and better for me.

The high school scene is so overrated. The main objective of school is to learn. One has to know how to be assertive with annoying assholes.

  @CincinnatiRedsfan I went to a rather big college so I didn't experience much clique-factor
  
  Mainly only in freshman year when the high school mentality is slightly carried over (especially since freshman usually live in freshman-only dorms)

  @Prof_Don I go to a medium size university (Miami University of Oxford) and it's full of cliques, regardless of class. I commute there anyway but I still hate it.
