Sending an anonymous letter to the dean of my college?

If I were to send an annonymous letter outline a lot of the concerns that students have would I get caught? I was thinking of typing it up and sending it through a letter with no return address or anything.

I've sent anonymous letters to our local school district
on the fact that we would have really bad weather and
they never caught me and that's been over 20 years
no you can send anonymous letter as long as it's not
filled with any hate or threats your all cool..

Is this a college dean? If so he'd probably be grateful for your input, as you pay to be at the school. Unless you are disrespectful, or confrontational why send it anonymous?

Yeah it is! I am not planning on being disrespectful at all and because I don't want to be known lol.

Well I find that those who try and hide their identity are treated less seriously than those who who are open. But I honestly doubt that they'll try and find you. You'll be fine

Sure, that's not bad, but have constructive criticism. Also, perhaps have multiple friends sign it too like "Anonymous student 1, Anonymous student 2, ..."

Do you have a student government that could speak to the admins on behalf of the students.

No one wants to... and it's not like I would be swearing or being violent or anything. I'd be very polite I just don't want him to know it's me.
