I am graduating soon and I have a crush on an underclassmen.Should I leave him a letter on the last day?

Okay, so I've had a crush on this guy I've known for years! I think he may like me too but I've never actually told him. With only 9 days left, I feel like he isn't picking up my signs and I should tell him but like in a letter on the last day. I'd ask him not to open it until he got home. That way things won't be awkward, right? Should I do that? If so, what all should I say?

I wouldn't wait till the last day, that could ruin any chances u have with him because he might think it's too late because u r graduating and he won't see u but if u tell him before the last day u have a better chance
