How to tell a woman you can see up her dress?

In a work environment, how would you tell a woman that when she sits down in the presentation room, that you can see up her skirt.

In this current age of sexual harassment, I choose to move seats rather that say anything that could turn into a complaint. I started to tell her in private, but just decided that it wasn't worth the risk.

Anyone have a different way of handling this?

I would just tell her as professionally as you possibly can.

"Hey, I don't mean to embarrass you, but if something like this happened to me then I'm sure I'd want to know too--when you sat down in your chair, you accidentally exposed your undergarments."

@NateInAk EXACTLY. You hit it on the head. That's also why I used the term "undergarments"--totally desexualizes the conversation.

@ Asker: Don't make it about what you "got to see." Make it about her accidentally (and not knowingly) revealing something.

I like the moving seats idea. I'd anonymously leave a note with management too, informing them about the issue, then let them talk to her. No point in risking anything.

Depending on the type of dress it is, she probably is trying to get that type of attention. She's looking to see if she gets it, and if she does and acts like "ooo, you creep", she's just being an ass because she doesn't know how to handle it. You could just politely say to her "Um mam, could you please cover yourself up a little more" or something similar. You have a right to not have to see more than what you want. If she tries to sue you'd win
