You should always give notice and do the right things. You can't control how crappy your CVS job is, but you can control what steps you take.
You never want to burn bridges, because life is long and you may cross paths with an old employer/employee at some point in future jobs whether directly or indirectly.
The best thing to do is write up a letter of resignation and leave on her desk, leave a voicemail or email... just so there are records of your attempts. It's not your fault if those attempts are ignored... but there should also be an HR department you can reach out to as well which should be first on your list since your manager isn't acting professional.

It's always better to try to give notice but if you haven't been working there that long and they're being unreasonable and out of contact them you can't be held at fault. What I would do is leave a note at least in your managers office explaining what's going on with your first job and how you won't be working there any more. Don't just stop showing up. That looks awful no matter what
You should try. Call in a few times asking when the manager will be in.
Screw them.
I just quit my job without giving two weeks. Most companies in this country like to operate under the double standard that you are suppose to be professional and give them plenty of times notice regarding scheduling and availability, but they are somehow exempt from it.
If you've exhausted all attempts at trying to be considerate to them about this and it hasn't worked, just leave.
I would at least give the 2 weeks but if you have to bail sooner then fuck it.
still give the notice though.

You need to sleep. That's your body's way of recuperating from the day. You must din a time to sleep no matter what you do
