Absolutely NOO! If you guys get into a fight or something that you want to keep private was discussed on Facebook no point in lying the girls mom will know. If your a player or you talk to lots of girls the mom will be mad and tell her daughter you are bad for her...lets no forget she can look through all your posts and friends...No matter how hot the mom may be NO!

Well I'm not a player and me and her haven't fought yet. and I don't have anything in incriminating on my page does going to. (her dads a cop and moms a teacher haha) I know some business look at things like FBs and Myspaces. when hiring so I make an effort to keep certain parts of my life more privet, yaknow? some others are not as wise haha we all know those people

No, I would not. I have two girls that I dated and added as FB friends. I'd like to remove the two, but I don't want it to seem that I'm being petty. I definitely would not want their mothers hanging around. But, that's just me.

I would NOT add my boyfriends mom on Facebook at all. It's akward...imagin if you guys broke up...you'd still have her mom on fb...also, her mom might judge you based on certain pics she see's of you on fb or by certain friends' comments...don't do it

My mom got Facebook a few months ago, and I've been dating my boyfriend for 4 years, so she sent him a request, and obviously he accepted. They chat every now and then, and post on one anothers' walls. but she will be his mother in law, so it's only natural that they are friends.

is your girlfriend friends with her mom? are you guys super close? would you feel comfortable having your girlfriend friend YOUR mom? I think you should consider all of these things and then still check it with your girlfriend when she comes back from Alabama. Making her feel awkward is the last thing you want to do so might as well wait and make sure it is completely cool with her first.

I would say just to wait and see what happens, if the situation doesn't present itself then you don't have to worry about it, if it does then you can add her and if anything happens then there is privacy blocker on now and you can always delete her.

Meh, I have my ex-'s Mum on my Facebook, we still talk and get on really well. The fact that her daughter and I are still very close friends may help that, but still if not I think I'd keep her on there, as she's a very nice person :-).
