Based off statistics I read once (not going to dig for the source right now), black women tend to be the most "loyal." If by loyal you mean, more likely to date and/or prefer to date other black men. Of the three you listed, white women are second, and Asian women last.

White people are still statistically the least likely to date or marry outside their race in many polls in the United States so I'll go with that. Not saying I'm proud of it but it is what it is.

I'm guessing a much higher number have had sex with men or women outside their race though. The polls only talked about dating/marrying.

You can't really look at it that way though because most Americans are white hence if people dated totally randomly MOST non whites would be dating outside their race. While most whites would be dating whites.

So it makes more sense to look at dating tendencies vs what they would be if random.
