I had to sleep in the same bed as my sister when I stayed at my Grandma's house, and I still am sexually attracted to boys... so I'd think that like girls, sleeping in a bed together doesn't affect the guy's sexual orientation.

I bunked with my friend once when I was 14 or 15 because he was being a turd and didn't want to sleep on the ground at my house. We slept head to foot. It wasn't gay nor did it feel uncomfortable.
