Why Turks look older than their age?

No offense to Turks, I love them and I respect them, yet since we have many Turks here I notice that Turks (guys mostly) almost always look older than their actual age. Why?

I always thought the Chinese aged badly. They are either young looking or middle-aged looking. you never see a middle ground a kinda 30 something.

Maybe some guys do - because the mustaches make them look older. Not sure what else it could be.

I also have noticed that. In their series. I love to watch Turkish series and after watching them I also search about their actors. For example in one of the old series called Tulip age, the main lead actress was 17-19 at that time but she was looking like 26-27 and not just that. In feriha, the Hazel kaya was 19 but she was looking in her mid-twenties. I think they grow up early puberty hit them early.
