What do you think of this kid? Why does he act this way, what should happen to him?

First of all, that kid is very disrespectful. 2ndly he is dishonoring and cursing out his mother which is wrong. However. I also believe that there is something not right at the house for a kid to curse at their parents. Especially when the parents use profanity. There has to be equal amount of respect from both ends. The parents need's to respect the kids by respecting themselves and the child should respect the parents. They are not being stern and setting good examples. And it also sounds like the Mother is too soft. Also if the parents are always not home, then this is why one of the parents NEEDS to be home. And work something out even if it means getting two jobs. If they can't do that, then they shouldn't be having all those kids. This is one of those reasons why a Mom needs to be home at this stage in a child's life, and at least do Work at Home. Something. Because that kind of defiances shows that he lacks the emotional love his parents were not giving him in a healthy manner. And the others kids show that as well. That is emotional neglect.

The world and time will stop for me. I will quickly but that kid in his place. I won't even address of me as "mommy" nor I will speak in a "sweet" tone. I will be afermative. Cuz like for real? I will not tolerate that. Even if I see any of my kids hitting their sibling, or behaving bad on public. Such things should be teach and establish when they start to walk... Rules and boundaries

LOLOLOL when I was that age, and I even thought of backsassing my mom - not even out loud. She'd look at my angry face and know what I'm thinking - I'd get sent to write lines. If I ever said that to her, and I guess if I raised a hand to her, I wouldn't know I've never tried to hit my parents, I know I better run fast cuz once she catches me I know I'm gonna catch some licks.

I remember when I was that age if I even talked back I would be getting hit with a belt. There's two ways this can go, either his parents can smack him back or he can grow up with this attitude and piss off the wrong person and he will get an ass kicking far worse.

Here's the thing: he's emulating the behavior of the parents... lashing out, emotionally unintelligent behavior. Hitting him may quiet him, but all it will do is internalize the anger and frustration and also develop fear. Negative feedback loop.
