Certainly. I don't understand how it could not effect how everyone interacts with others now, but that doesn't mean that it will. I'm of the opinion that many young people, maybe even most of them, operate at such a high level selfishness and impulsiveness that nothing will really change. Men and women will continue to be raped and sexually assaulted, and men will continue to be falsely accused of rape by malicious opportunists.

First and foremost men get raped at the same rates, so that claim really says more about society then it does about men as both men and women get sexually assaulted and raped but not one person seems to give a damn about the men, yourself included. Further more according to two studies done on the subject they found that between 40% to 60% of all rape allegations where provably false, meaning that those women, who are anonymous, targeting famous and rich men, and who are reporting it after the fact, usualy decades after, who never went to a hospital never filed a report and currently are not filing a report and have no evidence what so ever to back up their statements are almost certainly lying. The irony is society demands that we believe women automatically because women never lie and never do anything wrong and men are always lying and always wrong (even as we are told we are equals). This is just more sexism against men.

@mytrumara So your claim about easier wealth acquisition is entirely false and in fact the exact opposite is true it is much harder for a man to acquire wealth because unlike women, they get taxed more, have fewer systems to help them when they are down on their luck and do not have the luxury of being able to use their spouses income as their own (as its frowned upon by society and women in general). As for respect, where do you see men getting respected? Your a man (presumable) yet you have shown nothing but disdain for men. In fact in all areas of life women are treated better and I do have the statistics to back that if you like? For instance not only do women have far more rights then men have, like the right to genital integrity (its funny how its illegal to crop a dogs ear or tail, but do the same thing to an infant boys penis against his will (and up until about 10 years ago without anesthetic) and its perfectly acceptable.).

@mytrumara So again, we can surmise from the data that everything you said is factually incorrect and that the only reason why you said it is because you are virtue signaling, trying to show how great you are by caring more about women then others (this is usually an attempt to make oneself ingratiated to women (white knighting as its called) in order to increase the odds of getting a partner (its worth noting that men of this type are usually low status and are more likely to commit sexual assault and rapes by exploiting women's trust. Not saying you are doing that, only that this is common for those types of people.). I'm talking about western culture and not New Zealand culture (very different cultures), and every other source is between 8 and 24 years old. Societal studies need to be recent to provide empirical evidence. All of your sources are highly limited in modern usage or don't relate to the culture we're talking about. Please make sure your research is valid before using it, you'd fail an academic paper on the topic due to your sources.

You used studies done in 1994 and one done in New Zealand. 8 years ago also isn't recent, a lot has changed in society in the past 8 years making all those studies faulty. @mytrumara No. I gave multiple studies, you chose two of them. I pointed out the one that was done in new zealend yes, then I linked to tax exemptions that women get that men don't in the US. Others where done the 2000s and claiming that a ten year time span negates a study is completely absurd. Most of the data we have is from before that point in time. I mean the whole "one in five women are raped" dates back to the 70s (it was also completely wrong), same with the gender gap. I gave evidence, you gave absolutely nothing but excuses. So unless you can justify why the data is wrong other then "time" which means nothing, your wrong deal with it.

Women sexually harass men too, the difference is no one cares. Also the MeToo "movement" is primarily anonymous women "outing" men that are famous or rich, twenty to thirty years after the fact with absolutely no evidence to back up their claims, i. e. it is predominantly false allegations as over 40% of rape allegations are provably false based upon statistical analysis.
