Would you prefer a homogeneous society like Japan or a multiracial one?

People have been brain washed with society treating "diversity" as some holy thing. The truth is that the more diverse things are just ensures that after many decades you LOSE your culture. If you plop 25 different cultures together and you don't have a common culture in 50-100 years all the cultures just lose what made them unique and the world LOSES its diversity.

The world is great being diverse. It is awesome to go visit China and experienced the Chinese culture and then to Russia and experience Russian culture and then to Argentina and experience their culture.

Multiculturalism will kill that... eventually. Everything will just morph into one disjointed un-culture to where everyone lost their culture.

The U. S. won't be better off in 100 years. We are importing so many new people that aren't assimilating and becoming the American culture they are just living here while keeping the culture of their old country and the country is becoming all of these little pockets of separate tribes and cultures. Bringing in too many too fast and not ensuring that newcomers were becoming Americans is just a slow death of the country and culture. It isn't some wonderful thing.

It's fun to visit Japan and China because you get to experience a different, unique culture. If they just went overboard with diversity and importing millions and millions of foreigners and overly stressed accepting the new culture instead of having them assimilate to the Japanese or Chinese culture than in 100 years there'd no longer be a Japanese or Chinese culture to visit. It would be dead.

Multiracial. Homogeneous would be bland and insular. Multiracial more vibrant and cosmopolitan.

I think the problem is not multiracial part but integration. Hence why people may want homogeneous society. Not because they may have a problem with being multiracial societies but because they make no attempt at integrating. The values are also different. Western countries are secular democracies rooted in Universal Values, Human Rights and Gender Equality.

This causes friction, and hence in recent years strengthen stance of many people wanting more homogeneous societies. Sexual assaults and mass migration recently further increased this divide and friction.

So another way I'd look at it will people have a problem with multiracial societies if people were integrated? I think people in general would be far more accepting them. Integration should not be courtesy but people should make an attempt to integrate. Secularism, Human Rights and Universal Values are not up for debate, and hence must be adopted by everyone.

I still prefer multiracial socieities.

I found that multiracial societies are generally more successful and have less large problems. Japan is a good example of a country which suffers from critically low innovation. While you can probably name quite a few Japanese companies you can probably not name any NEW Japanese companies because they are fairly rare.

Japan does not suffer from lack of talented people or opportunity but the goal of most Japanese people is instead of doing something new to instead join a successful company and work your way up the corporate ladder. This lack of innovation means there is a fundamental stagnation in Japans development.

For starters, a completely homogeneous country is unrealistic. Especially in the Western world, where I prefer to live.

Why? Because internet, easier cross-continent communication, multinationals and general immigration.

I am perfectly content with living in the multicultural country I live in (Netherlands) and have never felt like I would want a completely homogeneous. But that's because a homogeneous Netherlands would mean I'd have to sod off.

I'm perfectly content with the multi-ethnic country I live in.

So for a personal sake, I prefer the multicultural country.

Multiracial is better because the increased genetic diversity means that society is more robust to future genetically-targeted biological weapons. Also, more robust overall - same reason why mutts are generally healthier than purebreed dogs.

With my country's polices I'd prefer it to be homogeneous. But in an ideal world it wouldn't be a problem and a mix raced population should have more energy, intellectual acuity, disease resistance, and more false parenting (getting fooled to raise someone else's children)

I would rather live in a multiracial society.
I would be able to meet and see people from different parts of the world, people who look different from each other.
I would be able to learn more about their cultures, their language and I would never get bored. I guess I would become more tolerant too.

Unfortunately I live in country that is more homogeneous than multiracial. Even though the locals like to say that it's multiracial and open.

Ban people haveing sex with a member of their own race, black men should do it with white women, white men should do it with chinese women, chinese men should do it with arad women and arab men should do it with black women, pretty soon we'd all look the same, problem solved.

I live in a heavily "multi cultural" city and it is nothing less that ethnic cleansing. My city resembles a third world shit hole and enriches my life not one little bit. The ideals of beauty, cleanliness, order, hierarchy and manners are totally different to my own and it causes nothing but anger and hatred and in the coming years tribal warfare will inevitably happen. I despise multi culturalism.

I live in a homogeneous society and that's what I think is better for me and my small nation. I'd rather not trade consensus politics, security and common human values for poverty, "innovation," and ethnic foods.

I don't really care but even to say there is only two types in the world is blantly false. Not even Japan is 100 percent ethnically/racially homogeneous. Countless African countries alone could easily beat Japan when it comes to homogeneity.

In addition to racially and ethnically homogeneous, a prosperous, upwardly-mobile society must be purely heterosexual, embracive of natural gender-roles, 100% atheist, strongly nationalistic, and militarily aggressive... Furthermore, it must have an economic system based on tangible assets... Why? Because we have seen the "fruits" of (((multiculturalism))) in the West for the past 100 years... The only thing so called "minorities" bring to our nations is crime and poverty... Most do not even work, they simply suck off the welfare state... The gates are closing.
