You mean like they kill animals just to post a pic? I mean I'm ok with hunting if you actually plan to eat the animal and use the parts.

However killing animals for a social media post I feel is pretty pathetic.

I mean I still remember a while ago I think a baby dolphin or shark washed up to the beach that had a lot of tourists. And guess what happened?

All the idiots whipped out their phones taking selfies with the animal. The baby dolphin or shark died because it was out of the water for too long.

I mean humans can be so ignorant, stupid, and incredibly selfish.

It seems pointless. If you're going to hunt then you should fill your freezer with meat that you want to eat so that you don't have to buy it from the store as often. You usually have to get up early in the morning, many times in unpleasant weather to go hunting and it can take a long time. You might as well get a reward for your work not just a selfie.

My dad and brother go hunting i made them say a prayer for the animal before we ate it. If they are using the animals and it helps the local community then its fine

That's generally how it goes, the meat is given to a local tribe or used to feed the other animals in the preserve

Back in 2010-11, I had to sit next to a guy who did that. He taught me all about the Big 5 and he had so many "trophies" (heads) that he needed to build an extra room on his house just for the trophies. This guy disgusted me too - he was an insane genius right wing nut job. I did like him, respect him, and admire him, but I also wanted to kill him as this monster against Nature. Killing him would have been like killing Hitler.
