OK, here's the scoop. I can't help but notice that when he stares at me, he gazes into my eyes and naturally I will stare back. Him and I carry some deep conversation involving work and life, but it is his body language that is hinting tings at me. I will notice him staring at my chest at times, and when he talks to me, his voice is soothing and always calm. I know that there is a friction between us, but I just need to be sure if I am not picking up on false signals. I can see it in his eyes that he is looking more into me, but how can I be sure? I am not sure if he just does this or if he is intently looking at me or checking me out.

We do flirt often, but he could just be a ladies' man, but yet, it is the way he looks at me that I cannot shake. What is this display of language suggesting? I am just curious.

its not always wise to have a relationship with workers unless you know them outside of work it can cause sexist comment and can affect your self-confidence.

Actually, yes. We talk about everything and there is no shame. We joke around about sex all of the time. I have examined his body language a lot and the signs he is sending is that he is interested in something, but he could be afraid to step up because I am his colleague and many issues can arise with that. I wouldn't mind being seen with him as I find myself attracted as well.

the fact that he stares at your chest means nothing, and if there is friction between you I doubt he wants it from you. and if he's smart at all he will not try anything...that has sexual harassment written all over it

He might just like looking at you. Probably he won't try anything more than that. Is he married or in a relationship? A lot of guys just enjoy watching the women where they work.

He is not in a relationship, but I just get that impression...does that make sense? I don't know what it is, but it is almost like I can read him. It is making me crazy because I don't understand men nor know what they are thinking.

I know that he is a well liked and reputable guy. He is well clever and charming. These vibes between us are really intense and well, with him being my supervisor it makes things weird! If that is one way to put it, lol.
