The answer is quite obvious. I'm not "fatphobic" (a word I refuse to use since it's already stupid to begin with), I just hate the fact that people can be fat, (and I mean really fat, not just a bit) and prefer telling people to accept it instead of doing something.
Ok, let me ask you this... If I refuse to accept the mentality that someone fat is just as sexy and beautiful as someone in shape with a body I naturally find attractive, does that make me "fatphobic?"
@Smiley_face101 LOL, another entitled female that thinks simple because you have a vagina that is all men should need. News flash honey! Men do not have to be attracted to you because you are fat, AND we also don't have to be attracted to you with your shitty attitude either. Good luck in life being mad at the world and miserably alone.
Well first of all I workout 6 days a week and lost 42lbs so you can't call me fat. Secondly I am seeing someone and he is super attracted to me and can't get his hands off me. And lastly you are super rude
Well, she has a point. Being thin or even of a normal weight does not make you healthy at all. Thatās just medical fact. Plus the question has nothing to do with attractiveness.
Its not even about health, its about being fit. There are fatter girls then me who are more flexable then me, I can lift more weights then my skinny friends and etc... Being "in shape" is when your body is able to preform things such as lifting weights and such...
@Smiley_face101 Never said anything about being "thin". Again, you are paranoid and attacking me due to your own insecurities. Reread everything I typed. Please tell me where you see the word "thin". Thanks for showing and proving the irrationality of some women who are triggered too easily today and brainwashed by modern media that being fat is suppose to be beautiful. Fat isn't beautiful, it isn't being "brave!" It's unhealthy and not attractive to most people. If you can't handle it, that's your problem and your own stupidity. Stop shaming and attacking others for telling you the truth you can't handle.
'I refuse to accept the mentality tgat someone fat is just as sexy as beautiful as someone in shape" Some people are fat and in shape, some people are thin and not in shape. My problem was that you decided that fat is the opposite of in shape.
I never said I support being fat, I have said many times *I work out 6 times a week* and *lost 42 lbs*. I am very confident.
Definitely B. I feel sorry for super overweight people, but have no idea why Iād be scared of them. I am very unhappy about myself gaining weight, and am sometimes nervous it will get to the point where I will look too unattractive to find a girlfriend.
Yes extremely fatphobic, because it means I can avoid heart disease. Secondly, habits are contagious. If you have a person with a habit of overeating in your environment you are more likely to overeat yourself. Not healthy. People need to help fatties work out and lose weight, or else they must suffer excommunication.
Thereās a āfatphobiaā now? Jesus Christ, bring on the āpedophile phobiaā & ārapist phobiaā and phobias for all other wrong things in this world so that we start respecting them as equals 😖😖😖
@Smiley_face101 I'm not so sure about that, I think most people would report a pretty common consensus on where "not fat" ends and "fat" begins. Although I guess it is a subjective term so you could be right. This is why I prefer to stick with "overweight/ obese", since these terms are objective and measurable.
I refuse to acknowledge made up terms designed to appease fat people's life choices. If you're fat, then either do something about it, or shut the fuck up (not you OP, just people in general lol)
Although all being equal, I also think "non-fat" people should shut the fuck up with their unsolicited "advice" for fat people. I've never been obese, so it's not like I could really understand what they're dealing with. A person's weight is none of my business. But by the same logic, they're not allowed to MAKE it my business by telling me I should be attracted to them despite their weight. That's fair all around.
Yes, I'm fatphobic about gaining weight, not fat people because my muscular used to patronize me for being chubby back in my early teenage years. Now, I have gotten slimmer due to hitting the gym and watching what I eat. Working out has become a habit for me.
I am not at all. Because I only live once. I eat and do whatever I like. I am not fat or thin im more average. If I see someone else being fat I simple just dont care. Its not. my life. So why should I say something about it?
I am not fat phobic and believe fat people should be treated the same as skinny people. Unfortunately young teens and young adults get very induce about this
I exercise and eat healthy. I like being athletic. I also don't like fat people. You can't do anything with them they always out of breath and need to sit. I want someone to participate in extreme sports with me.
Ha, my friend is very skinny and we hiked today, she needed to stop and sit down since the hike was too much for her while I did not feel it all (and I am heavier then her.) Its a silly streotype you have
Yes, i am. I feel morbid obesity is more a mental issue than physical. I was obese myself and through hard work pulled it back to the overweight category.

Another stupid word invented by people to victimize themselves and blame on other their own poor lifechoices...
"Yeah, I eat 3 pizza and 2 jars of mayonnaise a day, I'm now 880lbs, but don't you dare tell me I'm doing something bad and I'm ugly!"
If you're a fat ass and don't want people to tell you, that's easy: lose your grease bag and stop being an overinflated shit.
Thanks for NOT answering the question.

It makes you stupid since being thin does not mean you are in shape š¤·āāļø

I treat fat people the same way I treat smokers, drug addicts and alcoholics- with repulsion and contempt.
But I'm not afraid of getting fat or of the fat people themselves.
Thereās a āfatphobiaā now? Jesus Christ, bring on the āpedophile phobiaā & ārapist phobiaā and phobias for all other wrong things in this world so that we start respecting them as equals 😖😖😖
Rightt? I wasn't even aware šš people are just plain out rude now, and will sadly make a "phobia" / term for anything & everything ://
The problem is what is "fat" to you, to some fat is 400lbs mega obese and to some its just a person who is not super slim š¤·āāļø
Fat phobia is a term thatās been around for several years now. I believe it was first used in 2013 or 2014, possibly earlier. Itās not new.

I am strongly fat phobic towards myself. Even the slightest weight gain freaks me out. However, I am strongly against fat shaming.
No , but I don't want to be fat and at the same time i eat pastries and regret it so i workout a lot
The truth is I'm not scared of fat people but i also don't want be one so maybe i secretly judge them unconsciously
Thatās the second definition of fat phobia so you actually are, just not towards fat people
Maybe
I am not fat phobic and believe fat people should be treated the same as skinny people. Unfortunately young teens and young adults get very induce about this
Insecure is what I meant
I exercise and eat healthy. I like being athletic. I also don't like fat people. You can't do anything with them they always out of breath and need to sit. I want someone to participate in extreme sports with me.

@Smiley_face101 i didn't say skinny people are fit. Athletic people are.
Slightly overweight people can be somewhat athletic though if they have large muscle mass as well.
Nope but I still encourage them to lose weight. If they accuse me of being a "fat phobic" then they're just FAThethic...
I donāt fear/dislike obese people but I donāt like the idea of me gaining too much weight
Iām dating a fat girl right now, I got no problem with it but obviously Iām trying to encourage her switch to a healthier lifestyle
I do not want to be fat but I do not hate people who are. I know it is not healthy to be morbidly obese and that somehow is "hateful."
I donāt like gaining weight but idc if people are fat
Yes, i am. I feel morbid obesity is more a mental issue than physical.
I was obese myself and through hard work pulled it back to the overweight category.
Phobia has nothing to do with disliking something.
And "fatphobia" is not a thing, same as islamophobia, homophobia, skinnyphobia, caucasophobia, etc.
Thus why the definition says 'fear or dislike'
Phobia means an irrational fear of something, not an irrational dislike.
