This isn't a matter of opinion it's a matter of fact. Human beings have two and only two genders. Whatever gender you are at birth, you will remain your entire life since every cell in your body is either male or female. Surgically deforming your genitalia does not change your gender. You remain whatever gender you were at birth.
But what about hermaphrodites? They are not an exception to the two gender rule. They just have a combination of the two genders in one individual.
I personally agree with you on the potential it could lead to societal collapse but if you accept there is more than two genders and you also accept people can change their gender, I don't see on what grounds you get to enforce transition on people who want to be none binary for example. This is the problem with relativism and a removal of absolute truth.

Not 3... because those with a mutation don’t run around attention whoring about it. They are socially accepted as male or female. There’s no such thing as a third gender to them.

I support ftm and mtf transgenders but I think saying there are more than two genders is taking it too far and I know some transgender people that agree.
Yeah, most actual transgender people take the whole non-binary thing to be offensive given that they've struggled with it most of their lives feeling out of place and wanting to be accepted and have branded non-binary as just attention-seeking. Which it kinda is tbh. Most non-binary people I've met are usually forcing their "gender" down your throat the minute you meet them... Like your name is Dave and I honestly don't care... okay.
Exactly. Non-binary people also don’t seem to understand how gender identity works. The ones I’ve encountered, they seem to base everything off of fashion and say they have both, “feminine“ and “masculine” things about them. Transgender people feel the way they do about themselves due to more than just “fashion”, it has to do with the characteristics they identify with and how they really feel inside.

Yes, absolutely. Unfortunately there are many misconceptions that trigger people to dismiss this without even trying to understand it. But it's even controversial anymore in the according fields of science.

no, cause it's factually a false terminology. gender is a spectrum. calling abitrary points on that spectrum "a new gender" is just nonsense.

The reason behind that is if the government does it, then they can make it happen at an extremely low cost. Breast enhancement is not a necessary part of transitioning, by the way.
As for the cost, anyone can afford HRT which is 70% of the part of transitioning, it is quite cheap. It's the SRS that replaces the leftover penis and reshapes it into a vagina that is costly, but it doesn't cost the hospital that is doing the procedure much.
Governments can get it done without the hospital earning much of a profit. The third procedure that is not necessary is FFS, and that can cost a lot too. The government can also get this done without the hospital earning much of a profit.
Ultimately, it wouldn't cost the government anything, the hospital will still earn a bit, and the individual is significantly less like to commit suicide.
you're missing my point. Whats the difference between a man who feels like he should be a woman and a woman who feels like she should have large breasts? Why would the government pay for one and not the other?

It's still sad that they are mistaking sexuality to genders. Science don't really care and there are still only 2 genders or 3 if you include hermaphrodites.
