LOTR is an allegory over the WWII atrocities, but also drawing on other eras in European history. you clearly need to educate yourself, not only on the background of the LOTR trilogy, but also on literature in general and how it's working. You should be more concerned over real life human rights issues, like women in the Middle East being jailed for decades for not wearing a hijab, and Saudi being a member of the UN Comission on the status of women.

But if I recall correctly, there were some people out there that tried to make the wild connection that Tolkien---whether he meant to or not---depicted dark skinned people as "unclean" and "wicked," and that he personified them as Orcs and Uruk-Hai... while the light skinned race of Men, Elves, Dwarves, Hobbits were clean and pure.

I don't think Tolkien was racist, but I find annoying how most of the main characters are portrayed as blond or light brown haired and blue eyed.
