It started years ago. Work places needed to fill quotas. If you didn't have enough blacks, you got in trouble. So a company would have to hire less qualified blacks, over more qualified races.
Then it was college placement exams. Asians get deducted points for being too smart.

There have been pushes to get it taught in schools, if not actually having made it happen already. It’s all “nothing to worry about” until it’s too late and already snuck up on you. If you think it shouldn’t be taught in school then stop it before it gets there, not after.
