I still don't get it with what is "be yourself" mean? Is that mean you have to be yourself (don't change yourself, so if you have terrible style or fat or have bad personality it's okay) or be yourself (you can changes your look, like do a plastic surgery or blackfishing or loss your weight or be a better person, because you want yourself look like that)?

Be the best version of yourself that you can be.

It means act like I want you to act.

It means be who you are capable off
