Make sure you word these questions accurately. A pedo is someone who is attracted to a child who hasn’t hit puberty yet. Absolutely heinous. I think more men/women would universally agree there is no difference between the culpability of a male vs female child molester.

Then there are sexual predators. Those are adults who are attached to underage teenagers who did hit puberty. I think you are really pointing out the double standard on that. A 35 he old man who has sexual contact with a 14 yr old girl needs to be lynched on the nearest tree. But a 35 yr old woman who does this with a 14 yr old boy is somehow more “innocuous” which is bs.

Plenty of 14-16 year old boys would be thrilled to have an older woman do that with them given their screaming hormones/testosterone. Maybe it won’t screw up some of them but it can REALLY screw up many of them. Just ask the T2 john connor actor Edward furlong. He was in a sexual relationship with a 29 yr old woman who he was 13. I agree with you, I once had a next door neighbor who had sex with a boy age 12 and at the time she was age 18 also I lot of problems with this girl, some people said, she was a slow learner or mentally challenged but I don't think so cause she got pregnant but not to the 12-year-old but she was arrested but not found guilty and got a slap on the wrist so you see this happened in America, I took this girl to the magistrate many times for trouble she was

I don't care if it's a male or a female, serious legal actions must be taken against pedophiles. And I think pedophiles need to be given more psychological attention too. Some people with pedophilia hate themselves and struggle to overcome it, such people need psychological help.

A pedophile is a pedophile no matter the sex, gender and all what not. Yes they need help and therapy, but if you're a pedophile and you dare Indulge, you deserve harsh punishments. You DON'T screw with children like that.

Its one thing if you unknowingly defend one because you couldn't have imagined them being so then later find out the truth, but if you knowingly defend one or practice apathy towards it, then you deserve an equal punishment.

But, the laws are weird sometimes. There are cases when a 16-17 yo person falls in love with an older person, in their own consent. It's really weird to think that by law, an older man who has sex with a girl whose 17 years 11 months 29 days would be tried under underage sex

Because they think back to when they was a teenager about 14 or 15 and wouldn't have minded having sex with a teacher at all, and would of enjoyed it and definitely wouldn't have seen it as "trauma" or molestation, so they put theirself in the shoes of another 15yr old and don't understand why the woman is going to jail when no one was hurt or harmed.
