No. Most people aren't rich enough to be Libertarians and have their own private police force and trash collection. I think people don't dislike taxes; they dislike what taxes are used for, and how much they get taxed.

I don't think it needs a lot of thinking to understand you need some degree of rational cooperation to maintain all the infrastructure that is keeping your cities and country as a whole working.
