Im curious why you dont agree? Dont most people generally agree with this? Men generally behave like men and when men want to act like a girl its gay or something similar to gay i dont quite have a word for. And women who take the man role have to stay single to do so or be with a gay sort of man. This makes her low value. She has a low value man and thus she is low value herself. A woman is only as valuable as the man she can lock down. These ideas are only in millions of books movies, ideas taught by parents, generally accepted in society, personally I've seen them play out. Typically I've only seen like purple haired girls with 1lb of facial piercings and 3 cats with scrawny ugly loser boyfriends say otherwise. But i dont really take advice from failures.

From what I can observe there is no Simple Dynamic. It's all case by case.
Honestly, the remodeling part goes a long way with many women, and it's not just about saving money by not having to pay someone else to do it. Many women are turned on by men who are good with their hands (no, that way... well, yeah, there too...), simple as that. A guy who can build a deck on the back of the house, a shed in the backyard or just repaints the stairs is not slouches to them.

@Subarugirl As the years gone by, I learned to just hire contractors. I could rebuild my house in steel and concrete, but all that time could be spent elsewhere. And yes Steel studs are a thing and all I need to do is make the framing out of A36 steel square tubing.
