SMALL NOTE: In no way I am saying that women became horrible. I am not labeling them. I know that it is hard to understand and such a sensitive topic. I still do believe in good relationships and have even witnessed it.

But also, at the same time, I was noticing how the wife/girlfriend always has had the biggest part of conversation and her husband/boyfriend was very quiet whenever she spoke. She'd give him tasks etc. I felt for the boyfriend. He was scared and afraid by my assumption

I will create a MyTake/Study about this topic. But first of all, I apologize for my bad grammar as English was not my native language. Due to my Job, I have to speak with my mother language the most.

I would first like to ask and hear from you... just how many happy and healthy marriages, or relationships have you had yourself?

and how many of those marriages and relationships that you had... have been awful ones or bad relationships

also, for how long have you been actually getting involved in relationships, two years, five years, 10 years?

since you speak of a "reversal of roles" comparing the present to past, I am curious about how much in the past are you talking about

if you are going to write on this topic based on what you hear from other people, or what you ONCE saw or TWICE saw from this or that guy, or said... or whatever you've been watching or reading on youtube and other socials, I just might skip these "study" you've done... lol

Thanks for your useful and brutally honest opinion. I liked it. I have had 2 relationships. The first one lasted a year and the second one half a year. The experience and hunting started at age 18. That's when I have had my first kiss etc. It was all awesome. I have developed this thought after my second Relationship. Well let's better say, after experience and witnessing some couples when I'd be in certain social situations.

I was delivering Drinks as a student job. And by far I have mostly encountered their wives and girlfriends where they'd tell me that their husband/boyfriend shall carry them after off from work. That's why it gave me that notion with my question

Perhaps I am super shallow. Sure. That might be. As we can see that every individual has its flaws. Super fine and normal. Solution? Open communication.

So back to the topic: In every social situation when I'd ask something like if the train just passed by or anything else, the boyfriend/husband was always the most quiet and she'd have the bigger part of conversation.

Like in Grocery stores: "Honey, go and get some more milk" etc.

In my first relationship when I have postponed a date because of work or something more important, she'd be like: "But you've said we'd meet 😮". You know?

When I have had my first kiss/date, she'd question so many things about me. Yes, I've made not so a good experience. But we all learn from it, right? We develop STANDARDS and FILTER.

I know how women feel when they read this. They feel attacked. but IN NO WAY I am the type of guy to categorize them as controlling, call them names like they can't be trusted and all the typical stuff. That is too horrible. The more you feed your brain with these things, the more pessimistic you become and repel so many great potential girlfriends off.

I love a woman for who she is without judging her looks or anything. I still love women, work with women, employ more women, talk with women like anybody in the world.

well... that's not what I could experience, insight and knowledge about women

at the most, it is anecdotical experience.. . and a very limited one to your own situation and experience

to say that all of the relationships in general have had some ABRUPT reversal of roles, just because one woman asked her husband to go get the milk while at the supermarket...

that's not an study... that's just an anecdote, that by the way, it can be easily dismissed by the many other situations in which women never told their husbands to go get the milk

or the many times in which the woman just went go get the groceries by herself, lol

so no... 1.5 years is not that much of an experience

or well, it does not compare to the experiences of other older people who have actually lived "generational shifts" there are users in here on their 40's, 50's and 60's and even older... some of them have been dating for a longer time than you and me have been alive, lmfao

so maybe you should re-title your anecdotes as your own experience... and not as a generic blanket that applies to all couples around the world, which by the way, it is another issue with these very generic takes

there is a lot of different cultures and backgrounds all over the world, and they are not all alike

Perhaps it could be also that women finally woke up and never chase bad boys anymore and want to settle only for the good guys/boyfriend material.

That could be also a very accurate reason you'd see a very different type of men next to them
