Boris Johnson, Donald Trump, and Kim-Jong Un join forces to form the North Atlantic Team And Stupid Hair Alliance (or "NATASHA", for short) and activate an evil supercomputer AI hidden beneath Alcatraz prison. It activates the enormous robotic limbs no one knew it had and breaks free of the island, rising atop massive legs and beginning a rampage. The people of the world call upon Dwayne Johnson to stop it, but he can't do it alone, and the mobile prison drives him off.

Unsure of what to do, he prays for help, and hears a voice from above, telling him to travel to a legendary quartzite boulder on the campus of Northwestern University in Evanston. He does, and meets up with Saint Peter, dispatched from On High to assist, and the two discover that Alcatraz is on a direct course for Baghdad, and must be intercepted there, before it kills millions of people.

And so The Rock and the Rock depart from the Rock to fight the Rock in Iraq.

Joe/Jill Biden & Harris are the villains. Jill is gonna change what kids have for lunch and shit at school to fast food cause why not. As her husband, Joe is gonna fully support her plan and help her out as president. Harris will also help, obviously, since she’s vp. BUT MICHELLE OBAMA, THE HERO, IS NOT GONNA PUT UP WITH THAT SHIT. So Michelle goes crazy and creates her army of moms who only want their children to eat healthy foods. But Jill is like, ‘I can’t let them win!’. So Jill recruits all the kids to fight against Michelle and her army of moms because the kids are sick and tired of shitty cafeteria food. They want to go back to the old days where you could have cinnamon buns and cold nachos for lunch. SO KIDS ARE FIGHTING MIDDLE AGED WOMEN IN A WAR FOR SCHOOL LUNCH. Who will win? I, myself, don’t know.
