So, it is kind of a trick question, because, believe it or not, civilians do not really have too much say over many topics related to law enforcement.

•You cannot say a police officer shouldn’t own certain pistols for example.

•You can’t decide how a police department SWAT team clears a building

•You can’t even decide to not be stopped by police because you think the law you broke was petty to begin with.

There’s nearly unlimited more examples of this kind.
