Who else thinks “did I ask?” Is the most annoying phrase someone can say?

It’s like whenever someone has an opinion that contradicts another person, they always comment “did I ask?” But only if it’s what they don’t want to hear. If it’s something they do want to hear, they never say that. Anyone else find it annoying?
