—Orthodoxy Christianity believes Life begins at Conception to Eternity. And, that only the Sovereign Creator, God has rights over life & death. Man is not God and should not obstruct God’s handiwork (Psa139:13) in creating His image bearers (Job1:32;31:13-15).
—As far as what is transpiring in the Womb itself (Luke1:39-45) Elizabeth is pregnant & her baby leapt in womb with joy from filling of Holy Spirit. Only PERSONS are filled with the Spirit, therefore, a baby is a Person. And to kill a baby from conception forward is to violate the law of God (scripture), infringe upon His handiwork, and MURDER as thou shalt not Kill (10 Commandments).
—Liberal Christianity, which is mostly secularists, say Soul enters body at first breath and this is an opinion of uniformed as they believe the Soul is oxygen and breathed in. To this point their machination is a Hindu belief. Where the Soul is breathed in and exits as exhaled. The Soul then returns two other times. Obviously this is where the liberal secularists, that call themselves Christians, got their Notion.
—Bottomline, according to our Creator, God Life begins at conception and as Creator man is NOT to impede His Plan for the Child Is at Conception. ABORTION IS PREMEDITATED MURDER.

I am not saying what you gathered from my viewpoint. Soul DOES leave the body “and just as it is appointed for man to die once, and after that becomes judgment (Hebrews9:27).”
—The Soul is not breathed in by humans as oxygen and nor does it come and go as demon spirit entering and leaving Body. In fact, only our Creator God can breathe “the breath of Life into Adam and he became a living soul, therefore, Adam is Soul (Genesis 2:7).” “(2Corinthians5:6-8) says, therefore, being always of good courage, and knowing that while we are at home in the body we (Soul) are absent from the Lord-. We are of good courage I say, prefer rather to be absent from the body and at home with the Lord.”
—Verse 8 confirms the Soul is to leave body at death, however, those who are not In Christ Jesus, once judged, will NOT be with the Lord. Those will be separated, at enmity, and in Hell.-Both the secularist liberal “Christians” and the Hindu too will have once to die, Soul leave body, be judged, and eternally reside in Hell in their current state.
—I prefer to run into them in heaven, however, knowing Jesus as Savior and Lord is prerequisite for both groups to enter heaven.
—And philosophers such as Aristotle and Acquinas hold too the soul is an individual spiritual substance and form of body. One of the pluses of being In Christ Jesus is that our Being (soul, mind, body) is glorified unto the Lord in heavenly places.

I don’t do internet links as I read original writings in English, Greek, some Latin, and some Hebrew. I wish I could do Arabic, however, that is above my pay grade. You are going to have to read philosophy and philosophers. The majority of philosophers, in the in age of Greeks and 1500s forward, we’re mathematicians, physicists, and philosophers…. such as Pascal, Newton, Einstein, and many more in the Islamic, Asian, and Jewish world who also conclude their is Soul. A simple search should provide you with avenues to do your own leg work and discovery. It’s idiocacy for me to speak for greater minds than mine. —Generally, Soul is either the form, substance, or Intellect that Is (Philosopher dependent). Generally those of Brain 🧠 research, Mathematics, Physics, and some Social Sciences describe Soul as Intellect, an unknown substance that Is, which directs, guides, and informs both the Mind and Body.
—From your Soul or Intellect, in this parallel, comes that Sum of unknown potentiality. We do not know all that Is in our Soul given so little of the mechanistic 🧠 is used by man. Our Mind is a mechanistic processing entity or CPU, if you will. Without Soul the Mind sits idol unable to function mechanically and process information. The Mind is the connection between the Soul and Body. The Mind requires Input to function and have command to give to Body to carry out the task (senses) at hand. Without Soul, or Intellect if you like, then both the Mind and Body would be without Purpose or Function, therefore, our Being (Soul, Mind, Body) must posses a Soul/Intellect OR Man would Not Be….
BUT WE ARE only by the Grace of Intelligent Designer and Creator God.
—So before Conception, our Intelligent Designer, foreknew you, me, and the child formally made in Womb at Conception. When we abort we are acting against the Plan of God and destroying His handiwork. No, i mean the soul was just a concept made up a few thousand years ago. It's not a real thing, like it isn't part of your biology. There is a mind, which is an emergent property of the brain, there is a body, which is made of atoms. But the soul is just a made up concept by *some* humans.

All humans believe in the mind and the body, but only some religious people believe in souls. That's why they are not real.

Aliens would believe in mind and body but not soul because they never learnt that concept. It's just made up.

andreasderjuengere is where you should look for a start. Really, there’s so much data on that subject that anyone in academia, let’s say at Stanford or Yale for instance, would look at you sideways. Even Asia and Midfle East philosophers share Soul Is…so so much data! Leibniz and Kant would be a modern ones and they are to the point of saying that everything happens in the Soul.- that’s a little to much because doesn’t think Mind and Body are needed to prove Soul even though Soul Mind Body is required for Being.
Again, Soul is so apparent that you get philosophers like Kant who thinks it’s Nature is autonomous. YOU will have to do your own leg-work or you can remain in the current state of Ignorance. Best!!
