Why is it ok for leftist abortion activists to violate a federal statute that is very similar to the one Jan 6 protesters remain held on?

How is it even similar? They protested outside someone's home. What the fuck is this crazy ass equivalence. The insurrectionists breached the Capitol, shit in the halls of Congress, beat the crap out of officers, destroyed public property and tried to overturn the results of our election. They even killed one of their own by trampling her death.
https://www.youtube.com/embed/NQucLp7Kc8sAnd they almost succeeded. In the US, they almost succeeded in overturning the election.
You make a protest outside of a judge's home equivalent. Get that shit out of here.
A judge's home is not a national monument like the Capitol is. It's very much not the same thing.
Also, a protest is not supposed to be a homey, comfortable event. It is a protest. It is supposed to be a tense situation. That is what protesting is about.
Furthermore, it's not like they're even doing anything remotely similar to the Jan 6th Insurrection. No one is bringing vans of guns, no one is dressed in tactical gear and guiding people into the building, no one is forcing their way in.
Right wingers are surprisingly fragile, it turns out. They think a genuine protest is on the same level as a literal attempted coup (albeit a very poorly organized one).
They are sooo fragile. i just saw this today. Tucker carlson can't handle the middle finger! ohhh noooo!

No one brought in van loads of guns. How high are you?
If they brought in van loads of guns why didn’t they shoot anyone? Hmmm?
Oh my god they were wearing “tactical gear.” You mean helmets, safety glasses, and there was the occasional person in body armor.
Just like Antifa does. Just like lots of Leftist activists wear when they “peacefully protest.” 🔥
Cut the bullshit. 🔪 💩
@Agagagagaga Because they left them just over the border.
"According to the seditious conspiracy indictment, the defendants conspired through a variety of manners and means, including: organizing into teams that were prepared and willing to use force and to transport firearms and ammunition into Washington, D. C.; recruiting members and affiliates to participate in the conspiracy; organizing trainings to teach and learn paramilitary combat tactics; bringing and contributing paramilitary gear, weapons and supplies – including knives, batons, camouflaged combat uniforms, tactical vests with plates, helmets, eye protection and radio equipment – to the Capitol grounds; breaching and attempting to take control of the Capitol grounds and building on Jan. 6, 2021, in an effort to prevent, hinder and delay the certification of the electoral college vote; using force against law enforcement officers while inside the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021; continuing to plot, after Jan. 6, 2021, to oppose by force the lawful transfer of presidential power, and using websites, social media, text messaging and encrypted messaging applications to communicate with co-conspirators and others."

@anylolone That's possibly one of the stupidest things I've seen you post, and that's saying something.
Comparing going to someone's house and protesting, to storming the capital and forcing their way in and beating police who's job is to stop them. When the world stops saying someone did wrong, but instead tries to justify or downplay what they did wrong or their party did wrong by claiming someone else did something wrong.
This why i refuse to be party of the political party cults.
Both sides so blinded by their cults they can't see how fucked up their party really is.
So true.
@Bhrinthainn Stop with the lies. We all saw the violence in real time.
Three things:
1. They're peaceful and in at least one case organised by the neighbours.
2. SCOTUS said it was OK to protest outside the houses of abortion clinic employees (which doesn't make it legal, just shows hypocrisy)
3. The anti-abortion protesters started their protest against the author of the 1973 decision by shooting at their house. Not writing messages in chalk on the sidewalk.
@anylolone Uh, wouldn't that be the anti-abortion types? Like the ones that killed a doctor while he was in church?
So, at church? Not at his job or at home?
Why did he caught the guy in the church?
Also, I imagine that the size of the protest was immense and the church was burned down, how many victims?
I imagine that the GOP told that crowd to go there and terrorize him, no?
So it was just a loonie?
Gosh, you really slipped the ball here, you could have talked about the lonnies who bombed abortion clinics. Is your brain broken or something?
@anylolone I thought you were talking about the loonies who've bombed abortion clinics and murdered doctors. You know, the one Fox News kept calling "the baby killer".
Has anyone ever seen cursive writing in left wing grafitti except at that (empty, by the way) anti-abortion place?
@anylolone People who perfom abortions don't kill babies. Anti-abortionists have killed plenty of living, breathing people. Inspired in part, like the Buffalo mass murderer by Fox News.

Because they are hypocrites who like to enforce rules that they believe doesn’t apply to them.
What does that make them? Authoritarians.
@anylolone I guess slavery should be left to the states as well, then.
@anylolone No, there are limits to the freedom of speech (don't make death threats), the freedom of religion (don't perform human sacrifices), etc.
@goaded Hey, stay on topic of yourself report.
"I can't kill kids in states I don't live in, therefore you should allow me to have slaves!"
And yes, there's limits to basically any right, which are the other rights, and they even follow a hierarchy. Which is why the protesters are only allowed at the court.
There's centuries of coherent, consistent jurisprudence building on that.
@anylolone Quoting yourself telling two lies doesn't really help your case, now does it?
@anylolone Yeah, as everyone else understands that quote: slavery and forcing women to give birth to a child they don't want are bad.
Frankly they should be charge under the federal statue they broke. They should be held right next to the people who are being held for what happened on the 6th. Let them get to know each other and let both groups realize just how stupid both groups are.
Okay I don’t like the left, but I don’t like the right either, at the end of the day, they’ll both do anything to get power, but at least the right is good at some things
Any sort of violence between the two sides, is simply wrong. The right just can't seem to admit fault though. They just blame everything on the left, and then hope we'll forgive them for being FUCKTARDS
Those weren't protesters, those were antifa and blm.
I wasn’t aware that Pro Choice people had stormed the capital, and occupied it for 3 hours during an election of a president
No they’re just attempting to sway the judges of the highest courts opinion through intimidation tactics by showing them they know where they live and aren’t afraid to show up to their door.
This is arguably worse because if our justice system is compromised there is nothing left holding society together.
I wasn’t aware that pro life people looted Chicago and burned several buildings.
Oh wait, that was BLM
You mean that time the security guards just opened the doors to let the protestors in? The time when they didn't do anything until the MSM cameras started rolling? If you're gonna make such strong accusations, you're gonna have to try much harder than that.
In the wise words of Carl Sagan, extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence, which you have none
@bingbongbangbung First of all that was an atheist argument to disprove the existence of God, I think it’s wrong anyway, but that’s besides the point. I don’t see my claims as extraordinary, after the George Floyd issue, stores around the country, Chicago especially, were being looted and burned under the guise of “protest”
Actually didn’t pro-choice people flood the capital building to stop the Supreme Court nomination of Kavanaugh?
@DarkWinterNights You already used that one, and I don’t agree with them for that anyway
Did they BREAK INTO THEIR HOMES? No. I think the difference is very clear, and if you can't tell then there is something wrong with you.
Minor difference: breaking an entering? No. Violence? No.
sure, they get a pass on everything due to diversity, even the white ones who are asocciated can get a diversity waiver
They should all be thrown in jail for six months.
Agreed. Though they’d most likely be released without bail by our misandrist Vice President who did the same for BLM
Sad, but true. Harris is a joke.
Cackling Khamala
Because the system is rigged!
why is it ok for fat old middle men to stop women deciding what is best for their body
Double Standards... everyone sees it... they will pay the price for thinking they are above the Law
"All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others".
Because leftists have no brain.
They are hypocrites no more no less
Because its (D) ifferent.
