They can't.

Not only do humans not lay edible eggs, but the process to extract them is also invasive.

Also, human eggs are worth something like 500 to 1000 bucks EACH depending on their IVF quality. That's far more than even the most expensive food stuffs.

Why? Human eggs are difficult to harvest, so they'd be very expensive. And they're so small, you'd need a dozen if them just to have a bite. Overall, dumb idea.
