Back in the pre-woke and pre-social media era (let's just say, before 2007), high school typically sucked for most people and everyone had their own cliques and social castes they had to fit it. However, things also weren't as sanitized, censored, and lame, as they are now. You actually had more individualism and freedom to do what you wanted, even if it meant a cost to your social status.

In modern high schools; this mostly still seems to be the case; it's just under a veneer of fake 'acceptance and inclusion.' The "cool kids" are now the lame ones who used to get called losers, because they pretend to be PC and woke and whatnot; which is what corporations and the political left wants them to be as "Influencers." I personally think the modern era of hyper political correctness is bad for students and just creates a generation of sheep and TikTokkers.

So GAG users between 16 and 22, how was your modern-day high school experience? Good, bad, or neutral?
I liked high school. I think high school nowadays is better for students than it used to be.
I feel indifferent to high school. Some things are different; some things stayed the same.
I hated high school. I think high school nowadays still sucks for most students, just like it did in the 80s, 90s, and 2000s.
