Should non-binary people be treated as "equal rights equal struggles" MO?

Here, non-binary signifies people who don't accept the assignment of biological sex, eg. A female going with the pronouns and identity of he/him.

To elaborate on my "equal rights equal struggles", it means giving them privileges but also taking some of the privileges away as both being male or female, one has to go through pros and cons. Each gender has its own struggles.

Here, if a person identifies with a particular gender, all components apply, and they're accepted as that gender identity.

Ex. Lisa wants to identify as Josh from now on. She's Neo pronouns / he and him pronouns (it depends). Now, Josh hasn't had any surgery for gender alterations. He wears chest binders, and only answers when referred to as male. Josh likes men, which due to his new identity makes him gay. Usually, Josh likes to dictate the flow of relationship, as it depends on when he's comfortable he'll accelerate things — allow me to stereotype here : if a woman says no, it's usually a no. It makes things a little hard on men. Say, with Josh's new identity, will he still have this privilege? No, I think not.

the above mentioned example of gender privilege is stereotypical. kindly do not get too tangled up with it and try to see the whole picture, rather than just Josh.
