Have you ever been criticized for wearing your mask?

I wonder if you could sue a company for that kind of behaviour during a job interview? Seems like unjustified harrassment to me.
I've been criticised sure, I think my response was to tell them to mind their own fucking business.
Covid is still going around, and I've just had it for the second time. It's not fun, I'd suggest wearing a mask and hand washing whenever you're visiting high traffic areas regardless of what kind of response you garner from idiots. Unless you prefer to be sick with fever for days and coughing up your lungs.
I really don't know what went wrong with the education system that this is even an issue.
Only once in real life, but I didn't catch what the guy was saying (in front of his young daughter, who probably understood the concept of protecting people around you more than him).
I have been, but it doesn't really matter to me.
I stay relatively safe (compared especially to not wearing one) and I piss off an anti-masker.
To the educated, your interview will appear like you're the bigger person. It's fine to let the anti-masker make themselves look like an asshole.
Statistically, someone witnessing your interview has lost someone to COVID. Or had it themselves. You're going to come off looking mature and rational while the anti-masker looks like a conspiracy Karen.
I wore the masks and had the vax and stayed very hygienic yet I still caught a bad case of COVID smh. COVID numbers are so low in my town these days I don't wear the mask anymore, but I think its still good that anybody older aged or with a compromised immune system wears it. At least it's a way of trying.

Yes I have. Interestingly enough, it was by one of my COVID positive patients that was one annoying rant away from having to be put on a ventilator. He wouldn't stop spouting his crap to me about masks and the vaccine and the pandemic even though his oxygen levels were garbage.
But that really is the only place I have had anyone criticize me to my face about masks. I still wear one when going indoors, but really no one ever bothers me.
Yes I have I'm still wearing my mask in public and I get dirty looks and people ask me if I'm sick, say I shouldn't wear it unless I'm sick. I roll my eyes and say no I'm trying not to get sick geeze it's ridiculous
Nope. Not even before covid. Id often walk into a store with full gear and forget to drop my bug mask, until my sunglasses started fogging from lack of wind. People mind their biz where I am or they get called out by everyone around them. 😁
lol, I just chuckle at people wearing masks, it helps me spot the mentally unstable people in public.
I'd say it would depend.
I never wore it, but if I'm among hobos or such people, I wear it. You don't know what they might be infected with.
lol, that seems pretty classist of you.
Well, Communism died thirty years ago, and good riddance.
Seems like people are already getting comfortable even though COVID really isn't gone. I always wear my mask for safety reasons and sometimes people look at me. It's embarrassing but I value my safety more than how people think of me.
@Shamalien Interesting. I never knew that.
I worked in a hospital when the pandemic began. The young staff all trot along without question, but the higher ups know it’s all theatre to help the patients feel safe. To wear a mask properly generally requires training, and even trained nurses fuck it up all the time. Humans are generally too incompetent to fight something like a virus, best strategy is give the body the nutrients and exercise it needs to stay healthy and let bodily systems far more advanced than any technology fight the war for you.
@Shamalien Thanks for the information.
Yes, it got so bad I stopped.. I live in a very red State...
The crazy part is I work at a hospital..
No man, don't let the morons win. Maybe print out a pamphlet about mask use, so simple that a 6 yr old could understand, tape a 10c lollipop to it and give them to people who hastle you.
Like give them the full, oh here's an explanation you poor dumb bastard treatment.
Not really but when I wear masks nowadays then my dad would be like "Why are you suffocating yourself? You don't need to wear mask now". Hence I wear mask only in school.
I’m not a slave so I don’t wear muzzles. The only exception is in medical settings or the very rare government monopoly situation where I can’t receive necessary services without one, and god do I fucking hate that nonsense…
I've been criticized for not wearing a mask in some situations, never been criticized for wearing one.
I never noticed, in my area. Everyone never wore one, including the cops.
We live in a free area, not a slave area
Yes especially now. I have anxiety so it helps me with it
I may not have been commented on my face but people may have commented about me else where. I don't care. I wear my mask everywhere all the time.
No, but my wife has been given rude comments for NOT wearing one, as she has facial pain that's made worse when wearing masks
COVID left me with hard to breathe and a sopt on my right lung the other 🌃 ght I felt my right lung deflate I took a big breath in and felt it go back to normal
No its the vaccine that caused it.
A bit, but I couldn't care less
my neighbors stay talking shit about it🙄
@IJhonnyI definitely doesn’t help that my youngest is immunosuppressed and too young for the vaccine 🥲
@IJhonnyI this fool poisoned my dog two years ago. Annoying is an understatement 😐
Not directly, but I've seen the looks.
I got some weird looks, but that's about it.
Sure have. Didn't think about it much.
No, I dont wear one.
