Yes I do. But what some fail to understand is that equality doesn’t mean the privileges you get with being equal. It also means sharing responsibilities..
I do support equality for all genders, race etc. Only thing thay grates me is when women seem to have to one up us men just because it's taken a long time to be equal. Take films you don't need to have a female James Bond , creators should come up with new powerful characters that portray them. Do not take already exiating male characters and change gender, that is Hollywood being lazy and an even more insult that they can not give females their own identity.
Sports way I don't really understand what they mean by equality. Sports is competitive, you gotta be the best. Work wise, I do believe that everyone should get the chance if they are capable of doing it. Pay wise 100% so in short it depends on what your talking about
I support equality... equal opportunity and equal protection under the law. I do not support "equity", which is forced equal outcomes, such as racially prejudiced college admissions.
I mark yes but I will point to true one No easier path for one over the outher to encarge it to show but true same ground for both and let the best win :)

I believe in gender equality. I do not believe in quotas and having somebody based on what gender that are. Lets face it, in sports that require a lot of physical strength the two genders are really not equal.

Equality of opportunity sure, equality of outcome, not a chance.
If you ask a question like this without realising how undefined equality is, you're probably a young naive feminist. (It's the mistake they most often make )
I support equality, but the basis of equality is understanding that there are differences between the sexes. Equality means accepting that reality and using your natural aptitudes to benefit those around you. I do not view hiring or selection quotas as equality. Modern equality theory is a lie.
@Subarugirl With all due respect, it's not! Liberals have used the word "equality" to try to make the genders equal, and they're not. A man will never give birth. And no woman will ever get another woman pregnant.
Gender equality is define as the state in which access to rights or opportunities is unaffected by gender… Equal opportunity is define as the policy of treating employees and others without discrimination, especially on the basis of their sex…, race and age.
Re your update. If you're going to be shocked, why aren't you shocked that 12% of women said No, in addition to the 30% of men. That's almost one-third (62/193) of both genders that said No.
no. i don't want the genders to be equal. i want everyone to have equal chances and rights. i want there to be individual differences and gender typical choices, cause to me that shows that shit is normal and healthy and not sick and fascist.
so you've never heard of those nut cases who're trying to force equality into the gender statistics by applying sexist discrimination into universities and labour market to make it such that there's 50% women and to make it such that women earn exactly as much as men even though they make different carreer choices on average? i wouldn't mind that shit if it was a societal side note like those idiotic flat earthlers. but in my country, the actual politics are pushing that insane fascist nonsense.
if it "was" just about equality in front of the law, i wouldn't have an issue with gender equality. but that's not what it means anymore.
It is. You gotta be more precise in what you say. You want equality of opportunity, I'm with you. Equality of outcome and I'm against you. Both is requalify. One is good one is bad. And my government does it wrong.
The point is you're not the authority in defining gender equality and neither am I. You can disagree with what i just explained certain people call gender equality. But they still push for that and I'm against that.
The definition of gender he quality is pretty straightforward. However if you want clarification on the definition of a word then it would be a lot more simple to just ask. Don’t you think?
The definition of a word doesn't emerge from webster's dictionary. It emerges from symbolic interactionism. How people (specially people in power) use it and what they make it to mean. Go make a poll. See how many other think that the gender pay gap and the glass ceiling are a thing
It's massive misinformation that makes people have wrong ideas of what equality means. It's not few people that use gender equality to mean equality of outcome and in order to not be lumped in with this people, i decided to be against equality. Even equality of opportunity is slightly problematic these days, cause people creep claiming that statistical differences are result of inequal opportunity and therefore wanna correct this with discrimination.
If you don't see that problem, that's ok. I've explained my position to you and i think you get it.
I am fucked if I do and fucked if I don't so maybe. I would need to know YOUR definition of gender equality before I would begin to answer that question.
The way I see it all the women wo bitch and complain about not being equal are the same ones complaining about having to compete in sprots with transgender people.
You can't have it both ways.
Now if you are talking about equal pay for equal work, I see no problem with that.
Absolutely. Regardless of being a man or woman, your skill and ability to perform a job should determine the outcome, not your gender. Men and women are different but still should be treated equally.

I support REAL gender equality. Do women want the same rights as men, fine, but she has to have the same responsibilities as men.
Same for the feminists. They say anything a man do, a woman can do better, but should not put herself on a pedestal and expect the top 20% of men to come for her.

the state in which access to rights or opportunities is unaffected by gender.
Hey dipshit. I said I was in favour of that.
Whoah no need to get so defensive. I was defining what I meant by gender equality….
I support equality, but the basis of equality is understanding that there are differences between the sexes. Equality means accepting that reality and using your natural aptitudes to benefit those around you. I do not view hiring or selection quotas as equality. Modern equality theory is a lie.
No. Males and Females are not equal and never will be. I DO support EQUAL OPPORTUNITY for all, regardless of gender.
That is gender equality, that’s pretty much the definition of it
@Subarugirl With all due respect, it's not! Liberals have used the word "equality" to try to make the genders equal, and they're not. A man will never give birth. And no woman will ever get another woman pregnant.

… by definition it’s pretty much the same thing

No actually that doesn't surprise me...
Depends how many genders you think there are, kiddo.
Do you really think you can shine the shoes, let alone be equal to, someone who identifies as an apache attack helicopter, for example?
no. i don't want the genders to be equal. i want everyone to have equal chances and rights. i want there to be individual differences and gender typical choices, cause to me that shows that shit is normal and healthy and not sick and fascist.
Having equal chances and rights is basically the definition of gender equality
so you've never heard of those nut cases who're trying to force equality into the gender statistics by applying sexist discrimination into universities and labour market to make it such that there's 50% women and to make it such that women earn exactly as much as men even though they make different carreer choices on average? i wouldn't mind that shit if it was a societal side note like those idiotic flat earthlers. but in my country, the actual politics are pushing that insane fascist nonsense.

Whilst I naturally fully support it, sadly it will never get to fruition.
We should always be striving for justice and egalitarian betterment of society
Of course i support it. It is ridiculuous to argue about this in this age. This is the fact that we are equal and have the same rights.
We don’t though, not really
Yeah, i mean we should have.

Equality of opportunity, yes. Equality of outcome, no.
So that’s a yes. Thank you

Yes, of course I do. But I know that's something that it will never exist.
If you mean LGBTQ+ I don't support but I don't discriminate so technically I'm neutral.
Oh never mind it was just about females and males. Yes I do support gender equality.
