He’s more in favor of giving the states the right to decide on these issues. The overturning of Roe v. Wade does not make abortion illegal throughout the United States it just means that it’s no longer recognized by the constitution the fourth fifth or 14th amendment has nothing to do with abortion so the issue is kick back to the states if California wants to have abortion up until the point of birth that is California’s right as a state to invoke that law if Texas wants to have a abortion illegal they also have that right to invoke that law is no longer up for the Supreme Court to decide if we want to have a federal law that protects the privilege to an abortion the federal government can do that they don’t have the votes so it’s impossible at this point. Of course you could get rid of the filabuster I want to recommend that one. Because next time Republicans are in power which will probably be in November will just make abortion illegal with 51% of Congress so what would happen is abortion every 2 to 6 years will be legal and illegal or we can just have states decide on the issue

As far as gay marriage conception and abortion because it says absolutely nothing in that competition it is not up for the federal government to decide these issues it is up to the states. You mean "correcting" laws. Roe was a shitty and unstable law since it was thing in the 1970's. Female rights and obstetrics have come a very very long way since then.

If anything, the whole US constitution needs to be overhauled to bring it into the modern century.
